Description of Work: Have used this co. for years for fertilizing etc. with good results. Over the passed year however the effectiveness of their treatments have been negligable at best, with very spotty results. On the plus side they've been very responsive to my requests for additional service in order to resolve complaints. While I watered as prescribed during Houston's drought this year their techs blame much of my problem on lack of water or watering at the wrong times. I don't know the answer. Lived in Houston 50 years and have never had this problem either with my lawn or TruGreen (Chem Lawn).
