Excellent as usual. Have used them for a couple of years for various repairs and they do quality work. Wanted the transmission fluid changed in my two older Toyota cars. I called a TOYOTA DEALER and they wanted to do a transmission "flush" for $245 per vehicle. Sunset Auto Imports did a standard transmission fluid change for $66 per vehicle.

They're very knowledgeable. They definitely give all options in what needs to be done now for repairs and what can wait. They're really excellent at explaining what's going on with the car and making sure that you know what your options are.

I've been using them for months now. I go there for anything from car inspections to repairs, to oil changes. They're very fair, very helpful, very friendly and very professional.

I spoke with Mike at Sunset Auto and described the problem with my car, he said that they were fairly busy but that if I brought my car down that they would take a look at it. This was the short week between Christmas and New Years, and I really needed my car as I had family, in-laws in town and being without a vehicle was going to dampen the holidays and our plans.. Upon arrival I walked into the bright, clean and inviting reception/waiting area, I was immediately greeted by Mike and we went over my problem in more detail. He had my car brought right in and had a technician working on it within minutes. The shop was very busy, with customers either picking up or dropping off their cars, one thing was very evident to me and that was was that everyone appeared to be genuinely happy and satisfied, as a first-time customer this made me feel very comfortable with my choice to use their services. While I was waiting Mike updated me regularly on the status of the repair, unfortunately what initially appeared to be a quick-fix became a little more complex problem that they would be unable to complete that day(parts not available). As Mike was explaining what the issues were, how they were going to resolve them and the timeline for my repair I realized that I would need a rental car for the family activities that evening, no-problem, Mike already had called and the rental car company was on the way to pick me up. Problem solved! The next morning Mike called to update me on my car with an estimated completion time, it was finished early and I had my vehicle back before noon. Everything was done right and my car was good as new I would strongly urge anyone looking for a mechanic/auto-repair shop to bring their vehicle to Sunset Auto, you will not be disappointed.

The job diagnosed accurately, was given estimate, done in just a few hours, they drove me home after I dropped off the car and picked me up at my house when it was done. They were wonderful!!!!

I have used the company for several years. They are pleasant to work with and I have been very satisfied with their work. The pricing may be a little high but the quality of service is worth it. They were able to complete a repair for the truck most recently in about a half hour to 45 minutes. It was just before a holiday weekend and they were still happy to help. I was very grateful they could get the truck fixed so quickly. The owner is very honest and helpful, as well as, the rest of his staff.

They checked for leaks & did not find any. They brought me back to the garage so l that I could look under the car to see that there weren't any leaks. He explained what the various parts of the car were & where I would see the leak if I had one.

We have used their services several times over many years. They offer quality service. They are able to complete warranty service purchased from a third party. They have a wide depth of knowledge in all aspects. They explain things well and don’t pressure to have work done sooner than needed. They are personable and timely with the service as well.

I am new to the Henderson area and looking for an auto repair shop and found Sunset Auto Service at Angies List. I suspected my Lexus LX470 brakes may need repairs and took it to Sunset Auto Service. One of their mechanics inspected my car's brakes and informed me that the brakes are still good for another 5,000 to 10,000 miles. The entire process took only about 30 minutes and they did not charge me for the inspection. It is good to find an honest service shop. I will definitely go back for other repairs services.

I was not sure who to trust with an old bmw. The dealer and Franks Auto gave very expensive quotes just to look at it. I am VERY glad I found Sunset Import Automotives. They have all the latest equipment to diagnose and found out problem in less than an hour and for less than $70 to diagnose. They know what they are doing and know they do not have to overcharge. The service went very well and it was quick. They rotated the tires and refilled anything that was low.

I am not very clear on the details as it's been a long time. I guessed at the date. they treated me great and I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. The total was about $1200 less than the dealership was going to charge.

Dave provided the services I requested at the price quoted prior to the service being provided. I have used Dave's Automotive for years and although he isn't the least expensive mechanic in town, he is the most honest. I value honesty over price. He has always provided a quote before providing the service requested.

as always, it went perfect, We waited and they did not take all day long, like some dealers,,,They let You know what they did and explain everything...it was our lucky day a few months ago to find Sunset...They are the best

They were wonderful. They gave the truck a thorough going-over, found the problems, advised me what needed to be done. Due to the amount of rust on the exhaust system they referred me to an exhaust specialty shop in case I wanted to actually do the repairs on a truck this old. They quoted a price and left the decision up to me without any pressure from them. These people are extremely professional, no strong sales tactics are used. The shop was clean and well organized. The price they quoted to do any repair work was in line with what needed to be done. My bill for all this was $0.00 which I thought was really nice. I'll be getting a new car and my family and I will choose Sunset Auto Imports Service for all our work. John C.

I got them off of Angie's List. The people there were good. They offered to show me everything that they were talking about. They seemed to have an efficient operation and good mechanics. They gave me a ride back and then sent somebody over so that I could pick the car up. I have an overall good impression about them. The car seems to be running pretty good. They probably had a very fair price.

Great, fixed everything in a timely and professional manner. They were very thorough in the explanation of repairs needed, took the time to review everything with me and finished within the time frame they said they would. Provided transportation service to and from my home.

They diagnosed the reason for my check engine light being on and determined that the vapor canister needed to be replaced. I supplied the part and they installed it. Excellent work and reasonably priced.

Sunset Auto is great. We have also used them for regular maintenance on our Subaru. We would not go anywhere else. They are professional with a great attitude every time you go in there.
