Description of Work: The window on my 1997 Honda Accord would not go back up so when I took it in, they replaced some of the electrical wiring & then the problem was solved.

 + -1 moreOverall, the service was excellent and beyond my expectation. Everyone was very friendly, from the lady answering the phone to the mechanic (Rusty) who explained why the service light comes on and everything that he will check to repair the problem(s). He even called me on my cell phone to explain what he found to cause the problem and what he will do to repair it; he also explained why the car stalls (due to a vacuum hose that came loose). He told me he would be done in 1 hour if I wanted to pick it up. To my surprise when I was paying the bill, the lady explained that because what he found was minor stuff and the only thing that I'm being charged for is the oil that he found to be really low in the transmission (this was not even discussed initially) but it goes to show the quality of work and the dedication they have for their customers. Needless to say, I've found my mechanic. I will tell everyone I know about the quality service they provide.
Description of Work: Check why Service Light is on and what needs to be repaired; Check why car sometimes stalls and dies out when stopped at a traffic light or stop sign.

The service rep was very polite and wanted to tend to my needs and questions right away. The work done and price paid was great. so far so good; they will replace the dealer that I went to for 5 years.

The company replaced my bad brakes, done a tune up on the car and changed the oil in a timely manner. The company was professional in getting the work done on my car and the price was reasonable for the amount of work done.
Description of Work: I had new brakes installed on all four wheels by Sunset Auto; they also changed my oil and did a complete tune up.
