Description of Work: Replaced old electrical panel. Initial estimate of work to be done and costs was not good but after estimator returned to his office the subsequent work, costs, etc. made more sense. Made a few adjustments to previous electrical connections. One of new breakers was faulty and they quickly replaced it. Very professional attitude. Would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: Arrived on time. Told me they couldn't install due to leave location because it was not within 10 feet from current. Left 10 minutes later. I asked about the pre-payment, was told they had to be paid for their visit. If there were conditions attached to this, i.e., 10 feet rule I never would have purchased.

Hi: We are very sorry that you did not read the fine print in the $79 deal. It was very clear that the new outdoor outlet had to be within 12" of the new location of the outdoor outlet. We would have been very happy to provide with you quote if you wanted it installed ten (10') feet away. But, as stated above, the fine print was VERY clear that it was within 12" of an existing outlet. Also, we tried to communicate with you numerous times BEFORE going to your home but we were not successful in our endeavors. We wanted to make sure you understood what you were paying for, but you never bothered to call us back. Good luck on your project, and I suggest you read ALL of the fine print before purchasing another deal - especially if it is only $79. Thank you and good luck next time.

Description of Work: Install exterior outlet. I was expecting a flush mounted receptacle but got an unsightly set of boxes that extends out from the wall several inches. Big disappointment! If you are opting for one of Angie's List "big deals", make sure to read all of the fine print and also talk to the provider before hand to make sure you are getting what you hoped for. The "big deal" gave me a cheap price and a product to match!

Thank you for your response. We are very sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with what you purchased. However, please be advised that the work we completed normally retails for $165.00. Also, if we were to "recess" it in the walls, the cost would be well over $200.00. Thus, at $79.00, you got a VERY good deal. We provide a "fine print" so as to eliminate any confusion or misunderstanding on what we are doing. Also, we strive to make sure we deliver an efficient, functional, clean, and operational finished product. Moreover, we keep in constant contact with ALL of customers from initial purchase to final installation. This way there is NO miscommunication or lack of understanding on what we are doing. Lastly, you were provided with the best materials in the industry for this type of work. I.E., a 20 AMP, GFCI outlet as opposed to just a 15 AMP, GFCI outlet and you were provided with a heavy gauge metal outdoor box and code compliant weather proof bubble cover. The fine print read that we would be providing a standard outlet, but in fact, you received a GFCI outlet (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter, which is more than 10 times the cost of a standard outlet). All of which added value and cost to this project at NO additional cost to you - the end user. Again, we are sorry that you did not get what you thought you should have gotten. But, based on the aforementioned description of the work provided, indeed, you got a very high quality project at an extremely discounted price point and labor rate.

Description of Work: We had a burned out electric recepticle in our bedroom. A shorted out lamp plug seemed to be at fault but we had a lot plugged in that outlet. Tom came and quickly got to business and replaced the outlet with one I bought. The old was badly scorched which made me think twice about replacing it myself. After he replaced the old with the new he checked the total amps being drawn on that circuit breaker. We were relieved that with everything on in the room we still drew less than 5 amps. Tom was very professional and informative. If we ever have electrical needs again we would definitely call on this company again. Highly recommended.
