They were punctual, on time, and had it done.

The sales person (Alfreda) at RC Willey in Henderson was easy to work with. She explained the differences in the style and types of carpets and pads. She assisted us in finding the right color and never pressured us into buying. I received a confirmation call from the carpet installers the day before the scheduled installation. A two man crew arrived on the scheduled day (Friday) at 8:30am. The guys had me confirm that they had brought the correct carpet and toured the areas where the carpet would be going. Then they began removing the old carpet and pad. The new carpet and pad was installed after that. It took the crew 12-hours to finish the job. By the time they had finished installing the new carpet, cleaning up (vacuuming the entire carpet), sweeping the outside areas, and loading their truck with all the old carpet and pad it was 8:30pm. The crew worked very hard and did a nice job on the install. We can't see any seams, the carpet is tight, and seems secure. A good experience from start to finish and would recommend to my friends.

We went to the RC Willey in Henderson. The sales people were knowledgable and friendly. We never felt pressured to buy anything. They allow you to take their large samples home for a day, which most places don't. The sales floor is laid out in a very logical way: Stainmaster on one side, non-stainmaster on the other side. And then further organized by quality and warranty length. Discounted carpets were easily marked. Within days of making our selection and having the rooms measured, we were scheduled for installation. The installers called first thing in the morning to confirm and showed up by 8:30. It took them most the day to complete the work, but they were professional and cleaned up very nicely after themselves. All in all we were very pleased with the service. You can find independent carpet dealers for less money but they tend to sell only polyester carpets and since we were interested in nylon we found RC Willey to have the best selection at the best price.

The phone staff is very responsive and competent. The store is very nice with lots of nice pieces of furniture to look at. Our particular purchase was for a closeout piece of furniture, so we gave an A for price as well as we saved over 50% from the original price. A very nice quality piece at a fantastic price. Delivery was on time, setup was very quick and to our satisfaction. Sometimes we find the prices on their pieces to be a bit out of reach, but they often offer specials and the quality of the furniture offered is very good. We would certainly look to them again if in the market for furniture.

Salesmen at this place are plentiful and hate their jobs. I dealt with a guy that knew all the answers right away; about 50% were correct. The microwave he sold me was supposed to have a $25 rebate. Later I find out that it only has this rebate if you buy it in combination with an oven. After I chose the oven, I was sent to a lady to pay for it. I told her that the information she had was in my deceased father's name and would she mind changing it to my mother. He supervisor said I would have to provide a, wait for it, death certificate. After paying, I went back to let the salesman know that changing the name was more complicated that just having and quot;the gal up frontand quot; enter it in the computer. He said Oh, by the way, here's the form you'll need to file the rebate. Good thing I decided to come back, says I. Oh, weren't you going to says he w/a smile. The girl up front told me I'd have to spend the rebate at RC Willey, he disagreed. What a pain. Delivery w/installation went fine probably because they contract this stuff out.

They were really great. They replace everything. They did not charge me anything. They were very helpful.

I had a great experience with this company and would use them in the future.

I spent a total of $6000. The lady in the flooring area that sold it was great. We were very happy. One issue that I had was with the tile. The supervisor came with two guys. I asked the supervisor if he was going to be back and he said he would be back by 3:00 or 4:00. I never heard from him or saw him again. The guys did a good job on the installation. They got done with laying the tile by around 3:00 that day. I saw one guy pick up at least two complete pieces of tile and he went out of the door as they were leaving. I was wondering as to what happened to the tile. I found two full boxes but no pieces. There were no individual pieces of tile in my garage because the garage door was open. The next morning when they came back to do the grout, I asked him about the pieces and he said he didn't take any pieces. My wife and I both saw him taking. I would have liked to have a couple of loose tile to keep and the full boxes I could return for credit which I did. I didn't have anything leftover. The guy had lied to me. I wasn't happy about that. The person that did the credit instead of giving me the correct amount for the boxes, they used amount of cartons as the amount of dollars for the boxes, so I was short like $11 per box and a total of $22 and it took me a couple of weeks to get that all straightened out. The carpet installation went fine. The whole issue was with the tile. I think I could have got it done for less at other places but I don't know if I would have had the same quality. We did go to other vendors. I would give them an and lsquo;A' for quality from the standpoint of the sales part of it. They did a good job on the installation of both the carpet and the tile. I might possibly use them again but I wouldn't say I would use them 100%; I would probably look around.

1. On May 16, 20011 we purchased a new mattress set and frame. While not in stock, the sales representative indicated it would take about a week to get the mattress and that we would be called to set up a delivery date. 2. After not hearing from them in two weeks (30 May 2011) we called the sales representative. He thought the set was already delivered. He checked on the status and he called us back. He said it would be delivered on Friday, 3 Jun 2011, after three P.M. 3. Friday came and we hadn't heard anything on the delivery so we called Customer Service at 4:00 p.m. They said delivery would be that night between 8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. We told them we had a prior commitment and that we would not be home. Customer Service indicated they would make new arrangements and call us back. They didn't!! 4. We called Customer Service again and Customer Service stated deliver would be on Saturday, 8:00 P.m. - 11:00 P.M. on 4 June. 5. On Saturday, 4 June at 3:45 P.M. we were called and told deliver would be between 7:00 - 9:00 P. M. that night. 6. Finally at 8:45 P.M. the mattress set and frame were delivered and installed. 7. Of course the delivery and set-up cost of $59.00 was for their so-called and quot;5 Star Expedited Delivery.and quot; We returned to R.C. Willey on Tuesday, 07 June and talked to the sales representative. He agreed about the poor service and gave us credit for the delivery charge. 8. Overall the buying aspect of this purchase was great, but the delivery was horrible. I would hesitate to buy anything from R.C. Willey where you have them deliver the item.

The fridge and couch were damaged, but they made good on that. They damaged the frame during delivery, delivery is the problem they have. They didn't do anything about the damaged frame. I would give the customer service and delivery an "F". They kept telling us they would do something and they did nothing. I don't have a problem with the price. We just gave up on them.

They are very nice and knowledgeable. The salesman suggested the stainless look instead of the stainless steel because they don't spot as bad. They delivered it and put it together for me. They knew what they were doing. They offer financing. I thought I got a good price and got a discount on the stove because it was the last one they had.

They were super fast, called ahead and showed up early for the appointment. It's all working fine.

The sale rep was very professional and respectful when we went there the first time. We ask for the same person every time we go there. They delivered and installed everything for us.

I like this company. They gave us good service, showed up on time, were professional, and installed the carpet in a reasonable amount of time. The estimate they gave came in on the money. I would be happy to purchase more carpeting from these people. They did a great job!

I went shopping at rc willey for a new bed for my guest room. They had some nice deals for their holiday sale. The salesman was helpful and tried to find a bed that was right for us. It was a good experience.

The product is fine, but the service from this company is not so great. First of all they make you go from one end of the store to another to pay for things. Also, they can't tell you when you're getting a delivery, they make you give them an 8 hour day. Not very convenient unless you happen to stay home all day. I ended up just smashing the box into my car and giving up on it.

The people at rc willey were friendly and helpful. the installers did a good job. I am happy with my overall experience.

R C Willey Home Furnishings did a fantastic job on our flooring. Everything came out looking very good. There were not any air pockets in the floor. They were definitely very skilled at laying the flooring. We would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.

R C Willey Home Furnishings were very friendly and did a very good job. They did not mess around and went to work immediately. My floors look wonderful and I like them a lot.

R C Willey Home Furnishings did a great job on my flooring. This was a well known chain here in the valley and I got good results with my floor. They had to grind the floor down to get the laminate to lay level and that was a little tedious, but in the end my floor turned out great and they did what it took so it would last for me.

R C Willey Home Furnishings measured our carpet wrong in the first place. After they laid three rooms of carpet and our hallway they had noticed the carpet was cut wrong. They did stand behind their work and re-cut the carpet and also re-did the carpet. They had to redo the carpet in three of the rooms and also the hall. The men and their work was satisfactory.

I have used R C Willey for many flooring jobs over the years and the company always sends at least one person who can speak English. The company is professional, punctual and did a very nice job of installing ceramic flooring in our rental property. The flooring fits snug, level, the two men had everything completed and cleaned up in three days. I will continue to hire this company for all my flooring needs as they have some nice specials on there flooring.
