TERRIBLE!! Salesperson was very nice and helpful. He completed the paperwork. I provided him with the ad I had on my phone. He looked it up and found it. Went to cashier to pay for it they charged me $600 more. My husband had it loaded in our truck when we noticed the price. I went back in and discussed with cashier and she called the salesperson back. He went and spoke with the manager and showed him the ad. All the manager said was he can't honor the ad and the best he can do is give a $200 discount which still makes the couch $400 more than the ad. DON'T TRUST RC WILLEY!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADS!!!

It went fine. I discovered that it had scratch on it's door. Each door had scratch.

Delivery was prompt, but serviceman was impatient to go make more deliveries. When he pulled out the old washing machine, I wanted clean up the years of dirt that had collected under the machine. It was bad, and he didn't have time to wait. I had to stop him to ask about a couple features about the machine. I made the purchase over the phone to RC Willey. The salesman, Jimmy Sullivan, was very pleasant and professional. I would give him an excellent in all categories.

Went very well ask for Zoltan he is the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He explained everything to me and it was very detail. He suggest and remind me things how I can save money on my purchased. He was very helpful. I will buy all my furnitures with him from now on. I wish there are more salesman like him. Im a Filipino and he is I think maybe from middle eastern and he treated me with a lot of respect unlike other salesman all they care about is to make money out of you.

Excellent! This is the “go to” place for all Traeger accessories & supplies at reasonable prices. I also found two colorful table lanterns on sale for our patio.

I was shown several options by several makers. The sales person, Tony, took the time to explain all the features on the various appliances and did not rush me even though there were other customers, He helped my get the best value for the money.

Super easy, was done in 15 minutes.

After initial delivery and assembly of our new bedroom set, one of the two deliverymen noticed a damaged foot on the dresser. A few days later, instead of merely replacing the defective part, they delivered an entirely new dresser set. Amazing. Not only that, but one of the men, DeShawn, took time to adjust one of the drawers on one of the previously delivered pieces. Efficient and friendly service gets our vote to use RC Willey in the future.

This is a wonderful bed. They have great customer service.

Everything went well even with delay of delivery of the gas range. Carpet looks great! The perfect company to use when dealing from an out of area location arranging for these installations for a rental property local to RC Willey.

I found it difficult to get Time and dates of Delivery of items and Time and dates for installation Shutters . I was promised at the Store by Sales person I would recieve my Bedroom set in 2 weeks, After the two weeks passed, I figured I would give them another week. I took my calling 3 times, and 2 visits to the store before getting someone (not the sales person) on ther phone who committed to a date of Delivery. I still don't have a date for instilation of my Shutters. after calling I was told " around the first week of May". as if that was suppose to comfort my need to have dates.

It is a fabulous store. The sales staff there is very friendly. They are very informative and not pushy. When I bought the furniture I dealt with one salesman, but when I went into the electronics, which was a different department, I had another salesman for the TV and he was wonderful too. I can go other places and get it, maybe, a little bit less, but I am not as comfortable with the staff.

They are just too big, cumbersome and a lot of red tape.

We've always been happy with them. We had flooring put in and they did amazing work. We recently purchased a washer and dryer and we are happy with it.

We spent about an hour in the store before we were approached by anyone offering help. When we went to pick up the mattress the next day we had to wait for about 40 minutes, which was rediculous because people who showed up after us got their products first, while we continued to wait. I even called 30 minutes prior to pickup. With all the waiting the price was cheaper than Walmart and Sam's Club for a nice mattress.

In every instance, we had to repeatedly exchange furniture due to shoddy workmanship. We continued to use them over a few years thinking the issues were just a fluke. But, in the end, the same types of quality issues continued and we now opt to purchase elsewhere.

Very well, on time and professional job. Both Tile and carpeting look great

It was a good experience and a good price. I'm very pleased with what I've got from them.
