This was our second time using Premier Design, and they were great again! Courteous and efficient just like the last time. These two gentlemen are a nod to the politeness of the old days...but with a talent for the modern look I love in my home!! Thanks again guys!!!

Punctual, extremely polite, and showed up with all of the necessary tools/materials. They did not exceed the original quote, and did not waste any time completing the project. They were even kind enough to suggest their favorite contractors for things like plumbing and pest control! They did all of the work themselves, which ensures the quality of the work performed. Loved these two!!!

A couple bumps on this road to completion. Everything was handled professionally and completely.

Nick and Pedro both sold me on their approach and attitude toward doing the job I had for them .. Always kept me informed of the progress.. The job became much more involved than first thought with having to deal with a gas line and some electrical wiring issues... But the handled it all and finished the job on time... I am very pleased with the end result....

They were always prompt, courteous and professional. We were more then satisfied with not only their work but the contractors they used for the stucco repair and the electrical work. I will use them again if the need arises.

They came approximately 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back regarding a quote, and there's been no follow up. There seemed professional and nice when they came to look at the room, but there are far too many options in this valley for me to have to follow up for a quote. I'm guessing this can be chalked up to a simple misunderstanding of some sort (or at least I'm hoping so) but I've had 2 quotes come in in far less time.

Pros: Punctual, responsive, and they have really good ideas and designs. They are very sweet and nice people! Cons: They are disorganized with paperwork, their prices are on the higher end, make sure you double-check their work for completion.

Nick & Pedro are a pleasure to work with. They showed up when they said they would. They provided reasonable estimates in a timely manner. They return phone calls/texts quickly. We had originally contracted them to do a few projects on an older home we bought. The day before the work was scheduled to start, we decided to eliminate one of the projects and add another. We would have understood if they were unwilling to drop the original project as we had already given them a deposit & signed a contract. Nick & Pedro were very accommodating and had no problem changing the plans & doing different work. They had a lot of creative ideas and helped us come up with a design plan for a media wall that came out great without breaking the bank. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them.

Nick and Pedro were very helpful with giving me ideas on my small closet. They helped design and create a useful closet to maximize the space to it's full potential. They gave me an estimate in the time frame they mentioned. They arrived on time on the date we decided to start. They made sure the rest of the bedroom remained cleaned and removed any extra material. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Premier Design and Construction to all my family and friends. Anyone who wants any remodeling done, Premier Design and Construction are you guys. A+ in my eyes.

My experience with Nick and Pedro owners of Premier Design and Construction was a great experience. They both were very curious and arrived promptly on the set date and time looking very professional and with smiles on their faces. From when they started on the job to when they finished they were great and always left my home as they found clean. They build my bedroom set and placed it wherever I asked it to be placed. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for hard working and professional. I felt very safe to have them in their house. I have used them in the past and will continue on doing so on any of my home remodeling projects. I am for sure a satisfied customer.

Estimate was given for home updates. After four estimates, Nick was more than double the cost. VERY expensive. Does not have a portfolio to support the extreme prices.

They were on time and are very professional. Everything was spotless when they left. They are very efficient. Nick and Pedro were just super. I would recommend them to anybody.

This experience went great with Nick and Pedro, owners of Premier Design & Construction...We had our meet one month before we had access to the home we just bought. We planned everything we needed to do for our new (older home) before we moved in...From start to finish these guys were fantastic, professional, prompt, letting me know everything they are going to do, the estimates were reasonable and right on...They always had a smile on their face and went right into their hard work. We didn't have to be home and they had access to our house and very trustworthy and very hard workers...their team they use for electric, plumbing, drywall, painting, flooring etc., were just as hard working and prompt, professional etc. If you want your projects done professionally, reasonable prices, trustworthy and with contractors that treat your home like they would their own, Don't miss the chance of working with Premier Design and Construction the meeting and estimates are free...and they listen to everything you want done and they had great ideas in doing the different projects that I didn't think about...they definitely get an A+ in my book and we will definitely use them again and again for future projects we haven't thought of yet... .

Premier Design & Construction LLC Premier contacted us early this morning in response to our message of last night through Angie's list. We spoke with both owners, Nick and Pablo. We set a date and time for them to do an estimate on our job and provide us with information and recommendations about the job. These folks are professional and seem happy to be giving us an estimate. I will describe that visit and my thoughts after the appointment. We need the large opening into our living room made into an archway that must be prepared and finished to accommodate a floor into the arch wrought iron door / gate. For right now, they seem pleasant, forthcoming, and professional. CONTINUED: Nick and Pedro arrived on time to demolish the existing doorway. The prepared the ceiling area and walls with a better framework to accept the heavy wrought iron full length and width. Their work was neat, clean, moderately noisy, a learning experience for me, quite professional, as well as bordering on perfect regarding design and construction. These Owners / Operators know what they are doing. I'm glad I listened to their advice regarding this project. This was the starting point for a complete remodel of our entry hallway, living room and dining room. Premier Design and Construction has gone on to complete many projects and provide contacts for other craftsmen who have worked on our projects. Painting is now done. There will now be a couple "Tweaks" to be completed and then our furniture will be back in the rooms to be available for Thanksgiving if everything moves correctly. NOTE: Regarding Painting. The first concern to ask your painter is drying time. This is how long it will take to dry to the point of some hardness. There is also a concern about the Curing Time. This is how long it takes for the paint to completely dry and harding. That in my care was 15 days to insure there were no smudges, scratches, or chips while returning furniture to the room and hanging pictures. It is an important step to schedule into your project completion. FINALLY: We have used Premier Design and Construction (Nick and Pedro) all through the entire process and completion of this first project. In January they will begin a design and the construction of our enlarged and remodeled Kitchen area. We are looking forward to them working with us and helping us find competent craftspersons for other tasks to complete the kitchen. This was a job well done by all involved and let by Premier Design and Construction.

Of all the carpenters/contractors we contacted and talked to, Nic and Pedro understood our desires in keeping the flair for our 1950's custom home in all their detail work. Our previous floor was a pet urine infested carpet that we pulled up everything until we got down to subfloor, and the floor slanted on one side to the exterior of the home. Then we started calling around to Angies list folks. We did not need fast, we needed perfect, as our plans to stay in the home for the next 20 years is our agenda. Good communicators, answered all questions professionally, and was really easy to work with. As a matter of fact, we gave them the keys, and went back to our work. No problems in getting the floor ready for the tiler. Will employ again to do the kitchen in five years. Our floor is perfectly level, the house has a totally new feel, and can't believe we waited that long to do something about it. I happily refer them for anyone restoring in the downtown area for that old Vegas feel.

Excellent. Nick and Pedro, the owner operators, are professional as well as being friendly. They are very knowledgeable and do excellent work. They cleaned the site each day never leaving a mess. Communication was good regarding their arrival times. I am very pleased with them and their work and I recommend them highly.

Excellent. Nick and Pedro and their crew were professional, prompt and kept a clean job site on a daily basis. When they finished they made sure the job site was clean and removed any extra material. My kids were happy to finally have a grassy area to play on.

Nick and Pedro are the owner operators. They are outstanding and I would highly recommend them. The planning was flawless, all the materials were available on site as needed. They worked with the Building Inspectors and handled the permit process perfectly. We are so pleased with the end result and how the project was handled. They set the bar for the great way in which they approached our home and family with the utmost respect. Everyday the site was cleaned, materials and equipment stored. This was a wonderful experience.

Nick and Pedro are GREAT! They are very professional. I always knew when they or another service provider were coming, they kept me up to date on permits and prices, and best of all they were very clean! Everyone they used for electrical, drywall, etc. were fantastic. They have great contacts that I trusted and also spoke highly of them. The room turned out great and was done in a very timely manner. I would 100% use them again as there are other projects we want to do in our home.

I have so many compliments for Premier Design and Construction that I decided to put them in a list: 1-Contract, starting time and length of construction accurate 2-Work time and estimated prices accurate 3-Suggestions and choices genuine 4-Consideration for others in my house outstanding 5-Construction for projects performed by other experts excellent. 6-All workers were on time and dedicated throughout 7-Concern for clean-up at the end of each day 8-Results of all projects superior with daily supervision 9-Calls with any concerns encouraged throughout the process 10-NICK AND PEDRO ARE THE TRUE STARS OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.

He is very busy, so I had to wait over 2 weeks to get an appointment (also due to my schedule too). I had multiple projects I needed done at my house .... replace a tile in the bathroom, cut and insert a piece of granite in the kitchen (I already have the granite piece, just need it installed), drywall repair along the window, 2 TV's mounted (already had the hardware, just need them up), extend an entryway (from kitchen to TV room). First concern, there were only 3 projects he felt comfortable doing... drywall patches (which he would have someone else do but he would manage the project) and extend the entryway... and put up the TV's. He didn't feel comfortable doing the tile work of granite piece because he was more of a "carpenter" by trade. I appreciated that he was honest and up front about that, but I do wish I would have called someone that could get all my checklist done instead of dealing with multiple people. Anyways, that's a side note. What really makes me upset is that after our meeting he never even followed up with an estimate. It's been over 2 weeks and no response... no email nor phone call. I wish I would not have wasted either one of our time. I can't deal with contractors that can't even have the respect to follow through - which is extremely difficult to find here in Las Vegas.

Nick and Pedro are great guys, professional, do good work and are reasonably priced. They smell good and are nice to have around. I recommend them 100.87654%.

Excellent. I described what I wanted and they came up with a design and a plan to build it. It took a little over a week for them to build the counter top and then to install it. I had called several carpenters before Premier and not one thought they would be able to do the job. I was really discouraged when I finally found Premier... so I was especially thrilled when they finished the job and it looked so beautiful. Everyone that sees it loves it!

Nick and Pedro are both very professional. They offered us a reasonable quote and they got the job done in 4 days, quicker than we thought. We gave them the picture of what we wanted our wall to look like and they got every single detail down. They cleaned up their work space everyday. Their tile guy- Sa?l is amazing too. He put stone on our wall very nicely. They always had a smile on their faces and answered all of our questions. We called them a few times on Sunday and they picked up the phone. They didn't get frustrated when we didn't understand something or wanted to tweak the design. My husband and I would recommend them to every one. Pedro and Nick tore down a video wall, then they subcontracted a drywall specialist to resurface and texture the remaining wallspace. They did a great job of working and cleaning up after the work was done. We would definitely use their services again.
