I was having my kitchen remodeled. The day of install, the installer removed the old backsplash and was about to place the quartz on the damaged wall. I told them to stop and repair the damage wall. One of the guys told me that they don’t do repairs. I was in distress that I reached out to Angie’s list and found Premier Design. I called and Nick answered, he told me that he could get one of their best workers to fix the wall the next day on a Saturday. The next day, I met the Co-owner Pedro who was very professional and answered any questions that I may have about my contract. The drywaller finished the repair in a few hours. It looked beautiful. I was so pleased with the work.

I had Nick and Pedro remodel my master bath from the 90's. They replaced my bathtub with a walk-in shower and the old single sink vanity with a double sink. They did a great job and finished early and under budget. The billing and scope of work was clearly documented. I will certainly hire them for any future remodel projects.

I had spoken with Nick back in March from Seattle to coordinate this project for me in Las Vegas. I sent photo’s to show what I wanted done. Nick said no problem. We set a date to reconnect on April 20th by phone. [Again I am still in Seattle] I told Nick the date I would be arriving in Vegas . He was at my home in Vegas the next morning 9am with his partner Pedro to give me a quote on my project. That was Thursday the 29th. I was emailed the contract within hrs of meeting and they were able to fit me in the next day. Start to finish took one day. It was amazing! Efficient neat professional on time and cleanup was great. Accomplished what they set out to do. Very Happy with the results. Would use in the future

Great, I thought I would have to replace the deck on my front porch but Premier Design came up with a much better solution - much cheaper too! They coated the porch with Raptor, a tough coating that both protects and strengthens the porch. Looks great!

Kudos to a company that would take on a project no other seem to want to. I am not sure if I would have use them initially whether the detail I like would have been done; for the most part this finish was satisfactory to excellent. I would definitely call them for a new project.

They did an excellent job with their carpentry and painting. The paint matched perfectly and you would never know there was a wall added. Highly recommend this crew.

Premier Design was awesome to work with, they communicated every step of the way throughout the project. They were able to adjust the schedule when the vanity arrived nearly a month ahead of schedule. They jumped right in and got the project done way ahead of the original timeline.

Job was done in a timely manner, under estimate. Workmanship was excellent; material chosen was perfect for the job, and installed properly. The guys were fun to have with us, and we would certainly use them again, and highly recommend them for any job you have for them.

Load bearing beam replaced. Corner of house including garage door and rails were all replaced, framed in, stuccoed, and painted. Matched paint. Like it never even happened. On time. On estimate. Photo is crash photo and then after repairs photo.

On time and within budget with exceptional quality and professional workers. We had 3 different teams perform the work and each one worked indeptendtly, were on time, coordinated who did the next phase, did excellent work and were very professional.

They did an amazing job. Very thorough and easy to work with. Every night they cleaned up and left my house spotless.

It went well. I was called and an arrangement was made for the guys to visit and provide a quote. Nick and Pedro came the next day, gave me a quote, which I accepted and they said their employee would be at my home within a half hour. Their man came, the job was about an hour and I was very happy with the result! I will be calling on them again.

Nick and Pedro were amazing, that they were the ones that I trusted most out of all the Contractors that I had other bids. Needed immediate construction from water damage done in a Master Bedroom and floorings and in addition, did remodel of a central modern fireplace area. The entire work consisted of installing all new laminate wood floors for entire downstairs and upstairs in the Master Bedroom; drywall; with completing new baseboards and kitchen construction and re-model of the central area that enlarged the feel of the bottom floor of the house. In addition, there was plumbing needs with installation of outlets; switches; faucets and light fixtures. They helped with their recommendations on some decisions that I had to make, and were very flexible on helping in getting the materials with me. They provided great communication throughout the entire process, and providing pictures/videos of work progress of the project. They were very attentive to what had to be done and both were in constant communication with me, during the times that I traveled for work. I highly recommend to use Nick and Pedor, if you are looking for great quality work for any projects that you may have. I know, I will certainly use them again for any future remodeling that needs to be done! I highly recommend Premier Design & Construction for your needs.

This was the first time having a remodel and it went fantastic. I was always informed of the progress and photos sent. When other trades were needed it was arranged and monitored. I would recommend them for all your needs.

I recently hired PDC to repair some drywall that was damaged due to a showerhead leak. I found them on Angie's List (so glad that it's free for the public to use. So thank you Angie). They had good reviews which is why I contacted them and my review will be another addition to that. The repair only took 2 days. Their service was good. PDC are good people. Grade A.

I’ve hired Nick and Pedro multiple times from replacing a window pane, to finding and fixing an obscure roof leak, to remodeling a bathroom, to building a new side patio. I kept going back to them because I was happy with their work every time! They are prompt and finish the job on time. The only reason I’ve stopped using them is because we moved to a different city. I wish we could take them with us!

After hiring one contractor who did shoddy work, and another contractor who didn't show up for over 3 weeks, we hired Premier Design & Construction LLC. FYI, we needed this job done in 4 days Not only did they answer the phone immediately and listen to our story and plea, we had them onsite the next morning at 7am to look over the job and give us a quote. They told us "we will get this done for you". 2-1/2 days later and the job is completed. The craftsmanship & quality of work was excellent, they were very punctual and responsive, and the room looks excellent! I would definitely hire this company again for any and all services they offer
