The contractor bid the job as cost plus materials - terms to which I agreed - and made a drawing of the details of the installation. The contractors were reliable and professional; however, the closet wall that was constructed was not built according to our agreed upon treatment and they created a very unusually shaped closet. I was surprised by the change. Premier readily and easily agreed to remove and re-install the closet wall if I did not approve of the closet once I had the opportunity to inspect in person. In the short period of time that elapsed between the completion of their work and my visual inspection, the taped joint where two walls came together split from floor to ceiling. They quickly agreed to repair their work. We agreed to a compromise on the design of the closet which called for Premier to install some additional shelving. My less than perfect satisfaction scores result from several reasons: 1. The real cost of material was about twice as much as their estimate. This was a very small job as remodeling jobs go and I expected their estimate to be close to actual. 2. There were two brand new sheets of dry wall and new two boxes of compound left over, which they charged me for. Again, they made it easy on themselves by bringing too much material - material which I paid for but couldn't use - and they had already blown through their estimate. 3. It was obvious that as a single female without a pick up truck, I am unable to lift and return two pieces of drywall and two boxes of compound to Home Depot for a refund. I was nonetheless left with the responsibility for disposing of them. I thought this was plain, old-fashioned rude. 4. The patched joint looks as though it was fixed with play dough. The workmanship on the joint repair was and is unacceptable. 5. The premium price I paid - almost $1400 didn't even include painting the interior of the closet - a job left for me on a $1400 closet. 6. The extra shelving which was the compromise, is of the lowest grade materials possible. The braces weren't made to be even and it looks sophomoric. All in all I feel that I was overcharged for what ended up be only barely adequate performance.

I was in the process of selling my home. The inspector was coming in 2 days. I couldn't get ANYONE to come and fix the stove bracket that would have caused a REPAIR NEEDED on the home inspection. Nick responded to my plea for HELP quickly and professionally. Fixed my French Doors that were hung improperly and Padro (his partner) fixed the stove and celling fan. They did it so quickly and neatly. Very Professional, Reasonable in PRICE, and are REAL CONTRACTORS, not just Mr. Fix Its. They KNOW what they are doing. Look, Las Vegas has so many part time scam guys that say they are fixing things correctly, but just how correct are they? Nick and Pedro have the KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE needed to do CONSTRUCTION JOBS and are LICENSED AND BONDED. Save time, Save MONEY, Call NICK and Padro. I am giving my family and friends their cards.

No work done. Our decision. They ARE very professional.

First of all, it was very difficult to even find someone to come out for an estimate. But when I called Nick he said he could come out the next morning. The next morning he and Pedro arrived a little early and they looked over every thing that we wanted. They were very professional in their appearance and very personable and friendly and their knowledge of the work was evident. This was on a Thursday and Nick said he would have an estimate ready for me by Monday. On Saturday he emailed me a detailed estimate with a very good price. We called him back the following Tuesday and gave him the go ahead to schedule the work. The work began the following week.Nick and Pedro arrived on time and began. What a great couple of guys. After three partial days we had our new doorway to the back yard. These guys were very detail oriented and knew what they were doing. Very professional duo and we will definitely use them for future projects and recommend to others.

Nick and Pedro came by the day we called for an estimate. They were very professional, explained what work would need to be done, and gave us multiple options for the layout of the room. They showed up promptly on the start date of the build and finished ahead of the estimated time. Each day, they cleaned up their workspace so that we didn't have a mess in the house. They were also very prompt in answering the phone or returning phone calls when placed. Overall, we are very happy with the job they did. Our house now has a much needed fourth bedroom that looks like it has always been there. We can't say enough good things about Nick and Pedro, from their professionalism to their craftsmanship. Another plus is that they do all of the work themselves, so you won't have a bunch of strangers going in and out of your house. They also installed a washer pan for us. They did everything within budget and on schedule.

Nick and Pedro exceeded our expectations in each step of our project. Their work ethic is above reproach, their behavior is very professional and they leave the job site cleaner than they found it! We followed their suggestions on design and we are so glad we did. They were respectful of our budget limitations, did not encourage us to over-spend and shopped for materials frugally. Nick and Pedro turned our dark rooms into a dazzling, inviting place to enjoy life! With meticulous care, they updated our shabby, dingy home and made it all-new! In the process, they helped us with numerous small problems that had nothing to do with the job they contracted. Until now, we have never dealt with such helpful, knowlegable, respectful and thoughtful professionals! We are forever in their debt and will sing their praises to everyone we know.

Nick and his team were fantastic. With my husband and I 400 miles away Nick took charge and did what needed to be done. He even went the extra mile by helping other contractors that came to our home. Pricing was more than fair and the work was excellent. We will be having additional remodeling and the first person we call will be Nick. In fact while doing work at our home our neighbors were impressed by the job he did so they hired him to do their home.

Nick and his crew are amazing, that kinda sums it all up for me. My name is Justin Blum and I own a company called Raw Fitness. My gym is located in Green valley area of the valley and Nick and his company were the people I trusted most, and felt very comfortable with, after getting many bids on outfitting my studio. I have a rather large gym at just over 6,000 square feet and I needed a LOT of work done, this was just a gray empty box when I got it. I hired Nick and his crew to do a number of jobs here, this is one of the main reasons I hired them, these guys DO IT ALL. **From laying all my flooring (which included artificial turf, padded matt floors, carpet, and regular gym rubber floors), **Installing my surround sound system. ** Building walls for sections of my gym ( pony walls and office space) ** Painting the interior of my kids are ** Assembling large exercise racks that included heavy steel frames So when I say they do it all, I'm not kidding. I have Nicks number now and anything I need done around my gym, even the tiny little handyman stuff, I call him up and they get with me extremely quickly. I have ZERO complaints on the work they do, the attention to detail, or the comfort level they provided me with during the work. I have used Premier Design & Construction before. As usual, they were prompt, courteous and professional. They helped me out and explained every step of the way. I had many jobs to do and PDC was there to get things done; answering and taking care of all of my concerns. I will always use them!

What a nightmare. Unbelievably bad experience with this contractor. What a mess! He stated he was licensed to do all work, but was not. He did work outside the scope of the C3 license and did it poorly. Contract was terminated when it became obvious he couldn't do the work correctly and I discovered he was doing work he was not licensed to do. He finally said he would refund my money if I would not complain about his work. I wonder how many other people he made an agreement like this with so that they wouldn't leave an honest review or report him for breaking the law. I feel it would be dishonest for me not to give an honest review because he will just do this to other people. I will have to seek recovery of monies paid to him through his insurance company or through the Contractors Board Recovery Fund now because he won't refund my money. He was very nice until I started asking questions. Others urged me to stop his work early on, but I foolishly let him talk me into continuing with the project with the hope he could correct his work. He kept telling me to trust him. What a mistake that was. He made misrepresentations to me.He misled me about his license and ability to perform the work.He demanded payment from me for materials he never provided. He tiled the shower walls and floor and bath floor, installed two vanities,light fixture, wall mirror and medicine cabinet.The shower floor is not graded properly,tiles set around the drain are set improperly and the drain is set higher than surrounding floor preventing proper drainage.Tiles on wall were not set flush and in alignment with each other. He replaced 22 tiles, but caused additional damage to surrounding tiles in the process. The shower step is not waterproof(per another contractor), grout poorly done.He tried to hide a floor tile he broke by gluing it together.The mirror was hung upside down,not centered on wall,french cleat extends beyond frame of mirror, light fixture he chose and installed pressed against mirror frame creating a fire hazard and damage to the mirror frame.Medicine cabinet won't open fully because it hits the height fixture.He insisted on installation of a frameless shower door that the class company he was to use said would be unsafe.There is no place for a towel holder or toilet paper holder I was shocked when he told me I could use hooks to hang towels. He had no ideas about installation of the toilet paper holder.He said the work would be completed within two weeks,four weeks later the work was was still not completed.The vanity in the second bath leaks and the wall he textured did not match the rest of the texture on the walls..He said a permit was not required, but it was. He didn't even install a door knob on the door he installed. He left concrete on my lawn and broke sprinkler heads, killing grass along the driveway.I really tried to work with him and went over problems multiple times. He said he would correct the problems, he did not. He finally said he would only refund my money if I would not complain.

THINGS WENT VERY WELL. NICK AND STAFF ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEY CARED ABOUT DOING THE BEST JOB POSSIBLE NO MATTER HOW CHALLENGING. THEY WERE GENUINELY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL.

Nick and his helper arrived on time and set up shop in the driveway. I watched the workers frame the wall and of course I was asking questions as they went along. Nick explained how the 2x4's were attached to the concrete slab, walls and ceiling in case I wanted to take the wall out in future years. It took Nick and his helper one day. They were both courteous and professional. They cleaned up the garage and outside work area when they were finished, and no one would have known any construction took place. I was very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

As stated above, their work from start to finish was impeccable.

This company provided numerous services to me. I just bought a home and there were a lot of things that were wrong. Nick and his crew had things up and running in no time. There level of professionalism, responsiveness, and intellect is truly amazing. No matter if they were covered in plasterboard dust or mud by the end of the day, each day they showed up for work looking like they just stepped off the cover of GQ magazine. A truly wonderful experience for me. I wish I had the work and funds to hire them full-time. They are that good.

They were prompt, courteous, reasonable, and VERY good. The work they performed was exceptional -- custom home quality, but at a reasonable price. I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for remodeling or other construction work. Unlike other construction contractors we've had experience before, the owners actually show up and perform the work (or supervise) the entire time. They DO NOT disappear and send (non-English-speaking) subcontractors to do the work. If you have any remodeling work to do. HIRE THEM. It is hard to find good construction contractors.

We live in Solera, a 55+ community. We were completely lost as to where to go to get crown molding installed in our home. We joined Angie's List and after searching the site, we contacted Premier Designed & Construction. The company representatives arrived in a timely manner to give us a free quote. We contracted with them and set a start date. They arrived at the appointed time, were professional dressed; they planned, organized and completed their tasks in the shortest, most efficient manner. They finished the project within the time frame set forth in the contract. They left the house clean and neat. The quality of the work reflects high professional standards. We would recommend Premier Design & Construction to anyone.
