We have had great results from the system. It works fantastic. They even got a carbon tank to take out chlorine. They had to drill a hole in the granite countertop, and they did a great job of it; they did not crack it, which was nice. They put in a drinking water system and connected it up to our refrigerator. I cannot say anything bad about them. It has been really good. They got here when they were supposed to, which was nice for a change; it was actually impressive. The equipment is nice; it does not use up electricity and everything. The installation was real clean; it was not that flexi-pipe garbage I have seen a lot of people use. They did everything well within the cost. They left the area nice and clean, and there was no garbage left later. The people who came out and put the system in were real nice. I liked the courteous young man. Everything was top of the line, and the price was midrange; it was well worth it. I would rate them highly.

Sales person was nice and was able to answer al my questions and concerns. Installation crew did a very nice job-installed both softener and RO quickly and neatly. Water Softener-I had an electric unit that used a bag of salt each month and the water did not feel soft. I replaced with non electric Kinetico and the quality of water improved noticeably-soap lathers better, skin feels better but what surprised me most was the scale build up on my faucets desolved away totally in about six months. RO-We had been buying purified water in two gallon refillable containers-what a pain! now we have the convenience of purified water right at our kitchen sink. The faucet that came with our RO is very high quality and looks beautiful. The water gushes out of the faucet and does not slow down like other units. Water tastes great! We have had our water softener and ro for almost two years now and have not had a problem with either. We are very happy with the Kinetico water softener and ro!

Everything went well. Their quality is high, but so are their prices.

They did a great job. I couldn't be happier. They gave me a couple of people in my subdivision's phone numbers to call and ask how there system was. They all had good things to say. For the installation, they came when they said they would, did a good job with the install and I haven't had any problems since. Their follow up has been very good, they always call back. At the beginning of the process they would call back within 30 minutes of me leaving a message, which was great.

Sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. I compared to another company, which was cheaper, but Kinetico's systems are top of the line and we went with their most thorough (and expensive) system; a 3 tank filter/softener with a 300 lb salt tub which does not use electricity and under-sink R/O. The installation took about 4 hours, this is NOT a flimsy piece of equipment. They custom cut and soldered their pipes to the house's fitting and the R/O looks very sturdy as well. Overall, way more expensive than I planned, but it is the best.

I found them on Angie's List and I am very satisfied with the choice that I made. Kinetico arrived on time; they were very courteous and respectful. The most important thing is they were worth the money that I paid to have this installation. I would definitely recommend them to others.

When I started researching water softeners, I called for a booklet put out by a local agency that described water softener tests and their results. Kinetico rated the highest of all tested. I called Kinetico, they came out and gave me an estimate. They had several systems, we chose the most expensive because it seemed the most effective. We also chose to have a three filter under-sink filtration system installed. The system works very, very well. The softener system takes salt pellets or potassium pellets. I switched to potassium. The cartridges under the sink need to be replaced every 1- 1/2 years and are easy to do yourself. Kinetico sells the three for $65 with directions for replacing them. The water softener filter tanks have to be repacked after 4 years at a cost of about $150, so the system is not maintenance free, but it nearly is. There is a lifetime guarantee on the system, but not on labor, so there is a $65 labor fee if they have to come out and repair anything.

The lady who came in was nice and professional, but it was obvious that everything she said was so well-rehearsed and orchestrated. She did not really know much about the system and why it was unique and different from other companies' products. She had a desktop to show us a presentation, and used a lot of scare tactics, such as how bad it would be for our health without a kinetico softener. The pricing was outrageous! Good thing we did our own research before we interviewed different companies, and did not end up using this company!

The sales representative was thorough and knowledgeable. The price initially quoted was a bit high for our budget, but he was quickly able to find a slightly smaller system that was in the right price range. They were able to arrange an installation date only two days after we placed our order. The installation technician was on time, professional and thorough. He showed me what he was doing each step of the way and explained the entire system to me. We are very pleased with the quality of the water - it seems exactly as advertised.

It took Kinetico workers just two days to complete this work which involved quite a bit of plumbing. They did a great job and since then, we don't have any hard water problems in our house.

Kenetico Quality Water Systems really changed the quality in our pipes. We had a big problem with lime and calcium build up until we had this system. We haven't had any problems with it at all. We are very satisfied. We told them what we wanted and they did it.

Kinetico Quality Water Systems did a great job installing my water treatment system. The big problem that I had with them was they said that there would be no corrosion and no red rings in the sinks and toilets. Now everyone knows that is a normal thing but they swear up and down that their system prevents that and it don't.

When it was first installed everything seemed to be alright. After only a couple of months however, we started to notice leaks, and this kept getting worse. We called them countless times, to get them to repair it. Only after threatening legal action did they come to our house. They were rude, and unprofessional about the entire situation. Although they did finally replace the system, we would not hire them again after all the headaches this caused us.

The water softener was only four years old when we had the tank replaced by Kinetico and they were excellent in looking after our problem. The tank exploded, I called Kinetico and a service man was out immediately to examine the situation. The final analysis was that the tank was defective. We had to wait a week for the new tank to arrive by order. The tank was replaced by a knowledgeable friendly service man when it arrived and we are very pleased with their prompt customer service in standing behind their warranty.

The first service man came, installed the water system and a few days later, my son thought the water didn't taste right. He thought the water tasted soapy and still had a lime deposit so he decided to test the water himself. He spent thirty dollars on a testing kit and discovered our water was not being purified properly. We called the company to tell them about it and a supervisor came out to look at the system. The supervisor examined the system to discover that the system was installed the opposite way it should have been. The system had to be taken apart and reinstalled the proper way. This in total took about a month before everything was corrected and running properly. There is a monthly service charge for the system and they tried to charge us for the month we were still getting things installed. It took a couple of months before they credited us for that month's service. We have a contract with them so we're required to use them until it expires; then we'll use someone else.
