Description of Work: I spent $5000 on a system including the reverse osmosis. The salesman was really a good talker.. Even though he didn't actually lie to me, he certainly did stretch the truth. I had numerous problems with the R/O during the first year but the service calls were covered. Apparently the problem was never properly corrected and the leak I thought was coming from the sink (I had the plumber in 3 times) I now found is coming from the unit itself. A service call from Kinectico, since my year warranty is up, is going to cost me $190 plus depending on the labor involved. Furthermore, we only have three people in the house and unit in the garage goes on too frequently and the noise is deafening. To say I'm disappointed is putting it mildly. There's a lot of other things I could have done with the $5,000 and apparently the system is will continue to be a financial drain. Shop wisely. I got taken!
