Even though it was a busy holiday week, scheduler Erin was able to work me in. Dan came promptly within the appointment window and replaced my ancient water heater. He was friendly, personable, and very informative, answering all my questions. He was efficient and neat. I scheduled the recirculating pump replacement for the next week. He returned and performed the work quickly. I am very satisfied with his work. I have used this plumbing service before and always receive expert and timely care. I recommend them to all my friends!

I think the price is good. I have been very satisfied with them. I have always called them when I have had a problem. They do very good work. They are very punctual and they are very nice.

Perfect. Real Nice Man, Jack. Owner did the work. In and Out fast, checked work in front of me.

The guy showed up, I outlined what needed to be done and he got to work. About an hour later he said he was done. Checked out the work and it was nicely done.

They did not stand behind their work for any time after 3 months. I had them install a brand new faucet, and they said they could not stand behind the work outside of 3 months. I thought this was not good business to not stand behind the work behind a brand new faucet that they installed past a 3 month period.

They showed up early for the estimate, which was quite a bit lower than a couple others we had gotten. We ended up having to put off the work for a couple months. They called us at one point to ask whether we still wanted them to do the work. When I said yes, they said they were just making sure, and that they would leave our estimate in their system. When they did end up doing the work, they showed up early again, honored the original estimate, and the work went off without a hitch. So honestly, no complaints, and they did a great job.

Jack Dish did everything they said they would do and I had a good feeling and level of trust just from the initial phone call. They said they can come out the follow day, gave me a time frame and would call when they were on the way. The day of the appointment, they did call minutes before arriving during the given window of time, and were courteous, clearly knew what they were doing, and cleaned up nicely. Dave and Dave were great. I would definitely call Jack Dish again.

They were able to come out right away. Reasonably priced, professional and quality work. Even fixed a leak caused by my last plumber that had the wrong part hooked up. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs in the future!

David came over on time and did a great job! He even removed the faucet for a reverse osmosis filter that I don't use anymore. He only had one valve and I needed two. He said he'll return later in the day, and he did! Very personable, reliable, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of! Really liked him! Will definitely recommend this company!

Called and they came the next day, ended up being more than just tightening up the bolt, had to replace a part. Very nice and will use them again.

I called Joey on Wednesday. He gave me an estimate over the phone and we scheduled and appointment for the following Friday morning. Jack called me Friday morning to say he was on the way. The job took less than an hour. I'm very happy with the job. I will call them when I need other plumbing work.

As in the past everything went smooth. These guys have become my go to plumbers. Scheduled the service for the next day and the tech called that he was on his way and was 10 early. He assessed the situation and went to the truck to get the parts. 20 minutes later he was done and had everything cleaned up. These guys are good.

The provider called prior to arriving alert me to his ETA. He arrived punctually. He was very professional, cordial and answered any questions that I had abut the installation. All testing measures after install, passed muster. I will utilize this company's services again; and recommend them to others.

He fixed the guest bath quickly. He also fixed the problem with the master bath shower, a problem that hadn't been fixed on two occasions by other plumbers. We were very pleased.

Second time I've used them. Still pleased. Dan was timely, professional, courteous and friendly. I like that they wear shoe covers, and call before coming. I feel confident using Jack Dish, and have no reason to change if something else goes wrong.
