I called to this company for an estimate as a second estimate for the main water line replacement or fix. I explained this to the lady who do management. They sent plumber to my home to look where is the main water line is and how much work it require for fixing it. Water leak was obvious. It was discovered multiple times. When main gate valve closed the water meter continued water calculation. I did not asked to discover it. Next day I was waiting for an estimate after their visit to my home. They disturbed my tenant for no reason during their visit. Next day I called for an estimate but instead I got an offer for leakage detection for $325 for my approval. I disapprove it and they refuse to provide me what was originally requested. The lady was so rude. I am very disappointed and do not understand why they have so many good feedback.

We purchased a great deal from Jack Dish Plumbing for a new garbage disposal including installation on May 20, 2019. On May 21, 2019, Dan came out and replaced our garbage disposal. He was in and out within an hour. Dan was very professional and personable.

It went very well. They arrived to assess the required water heater for replacement and quoted a reasonable price. They arrived on time and completed the work with no problems. They were very appreciative of the business.

Finally, after 14 years in Las Vegas, I found an honest, competent, reasonably priced plumber. I'm thrilled! I had originally taken an Angie's List deal for another plumber--but the "deal" went from $125 to $195 supposedly because my new faucet had a pull-down spray. Yeah, I didn't buy that either and kicked him out. Thankfully, I then called Jack Dish Plumbing and they squeezed me in that very day. Mike did a great job and I now have a new kitchen faucet for much less than the original so-called "deal." As a senior living on a fixed income, I'll be forever grateful to Jack Dish Plumbing.

Extreamly pleased with Dish plumbing. They were so kind and was able to get my hot water working right away. I have referred at least 3 people already and will continue to do so. Very reasonably priced and amazing work. Very impressed!!

My elderly parents thought they had a problem with their bathtubs not working. The plumber came out and gave them an estimate of $500 to repair the "frozen" faucets. Fortunately, they decided to wait. I went to their house to find both tubs work, my mother just didn't have the strength to pull out the combo tub/shower faucet and the other tub just needed a little time as it hadn't been run since a new hot water heater was installed and there was air in the line. This is after they charged my parents $167 to replace a toilet handle. Taking advantage of the elderly is so sleazy and disgusting.

From the first contact, to the finish of the install GREAT JOB! I had my Water Pressure Reducing Valve, start leaking. I have a handyman I use for such things, was booked but recommended "Jack Dish Plumbing" I made the first contact via their website. Jennifer got back to me and was extremely friendly and professional. At one point, she had me send a picture of the item that needed to be replaced. She was able to set me up the next morning with an appointment and said the tech would call before he headed over my way. Joey called the next morning to let me know he was on his way. He looked at the valve, told me the price it would be. After I agreed, he removed and replaced the valve in no time! During the time, we had a nice chat about things from the water heater I had to have replaced last year to a sport we both have a passion for, HOCKEY! Very happy I used Jack Dish Plumbing. While I hope I never need a plumber again, I won't hesitate to contact them if I need to! From the initial contact to the finish of the job, nothing but friendly and courtesy employees!

Everything went great. I got the garbage disposal and installation deal for $185.00. The plumber was on time and was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Jack Dish Plumbing to any of my friends.
