I have used them a couple of times. It was corroded and getting ready to go out, so they replaced it. The work went well and they did a good job. They had it done in about 45 minutes to an hour. They were very responsive and came when they said they were going to.

He is superb. The water's not very good in the valley, and believe it or not, these water heaters only last about 6 years, which is very, very different from the Mid-West and beyond. I had them out originally, also in December, probably about the first part of December just to go through and check everything out and make sure that it was okay. They did a very, very nice job with out. I will have them out on a yearly basis, but this was an emergency call about a month ago. The whole experience cost me about $1300 which included installation of a brand-new water heater. They're an "A" all way across. They're just absolutely excellent.

The young man that worked at our house was the owner's son. The plugged drain was really bad, but the young man worked "extremely hard" to get the drain unplugged. Previous owner washed her dogs in one of the bath tubs and the hair of the dogs plugged the drain. Big chunk of dog hair came up after working hard to get in unplugged. He put in a circulator unit for continuous hard water for the house; no waiting for hot water to arrive. I have used Jack Disk Plumbing before; they stand behind their products and their work. The two sons work for the owner of the business; and they take pride in their work.

I sent a video of what the shower was doing, I called and Joey looked at the video and told me what he thought the issue was and gave me a estimate. I understand how estimates work and that until they actually came to my house we would not now for sure. Joey was very very helpful and made the process so fluid. I appreciate that. I set up a time and Trey showed up on the dot, he came in fixed it and was out in very little time. The estimate was $175 and that is what he charged then gave me an Angie List discount. He was very professional and competent and friendly I felt comfortable having him in my home - which is important to me . This is my first time using Jack Dish and they will be my go to for my plumbing needs.

When I made the appointment I describe every detail of what kind of toilet I have and what needs to be replaced. The plumber arrived and when he saw the toilet he had no idea and said that he has never seen this kind of toilets. I was surprised when he charged me $105.00 for stopping by and gave me a verbal estimate of a new standard toilet! I did pay this inexperienced plumber and decided to call the office. I talked to a nice lady, she told me that the owner was going to call me. I haven't heard from him. Why is it so hard to find an honest Plumbing Company!! :(

Everything was great. Making the appointment by phone was easy and the staff was very pleasant. They worked within my schedule. The plumber arrived on time calling before arriving to let me know. He surveyed the work and gave me a quote before beginning. The work was quick and professional. He showed me each completed item and the ending price was less than the initial quote. All in all this was a great experience. The only comment I would offer is that I initially tried to make the appointment through the web site. I did not receive an answer to this request and had to call. However, I did do this on Friday and they might have been swamped with voice mails and calls on Monday. I called on Tuesday I think so ultimately I may have gotten a response from the web site.

The original mounting flange was corroded beyond repair and the plumber was able to install a new one without having to replace the down pipe. Excellent service.

These guys are so professional and dedicated to doing an excellent job. They're prompt and courteous and very qualified in the jobs they do. I keep their number on my speed dial.

Experience was great. I had read the reviews and realized very quickly this was the right plumber to call for the job. Dan was extremely helpful in helping me understand the issue and what needed to be done to fix. He offered other solutions but since I was planning on moving this year, we agreed on just fixing at the area of the leak. They dug through dirt and this was a really dirty job, laying on the sidewalk trying to fix the pipe. Kudos to them for always being polite and courteous. Extremely happy with this company and will call them again for all plumbing needs!

Appointment was easy to schedule. David arrived early after calling to let me know. Can't say enough good things about his professional manner and the quality of his work. Had to cut ceiling drywall (which I had been told at time of scheduling was a possibility) and he cleaned up debris. Kept me informed about what he was doing and showed photo of suspected problem area and explained in detail what he did. I highly recommend Jack Dish Plumbing and will definitely use for future plumbing needs. Cost was more than reasonable for the amount of time spent on the job.

They had not given me an estimate but I had paid, I believe, $50.00 to Angie's list for a service call and $100.00 off of any work done, The plumber called the office before beginning and told them and me it would be a long job and then said it would be $450.00 less the $100.00 credit. I thought this was awfully expensive but my faucet was spraying all over the kitchen so I agreed. The new faucet included a lotion/soap dispenser. The sink had a circular indentation on the under side to be cut out for a liquid dispenser. He said I would need a "tile man" to do that, he could not do it. He then started to remove the old and put in the new, then ran to Lowes for a few small parts (that we never used). It actually took less than 2 hours, including his trip to Lowes & he had to come back the next day when I called as it leaked under the lip of the sink since he hadn't caulked around the edge of the sink. I feel this was way over priced for a job not very well done.

I got a 10 percent discount. I would recommend them to anybody. They are respectful, courteous, neat and clean.

Took two trips to fix one problem. WAY too expensive. Charged twice for one problem!!! Fixed a water leak problem and left with no cold water and VERY little water pressure.

Dave was wonderful! He moved everything, found the problem and found a way to correct it even though he didn't have the replacement part. He cleaned up everything behind the refrigerator (it had been leaking) and made an extra effort to help my 90 year old Mom. The scheduling person was great, and they had someone out to her within less than 24 hours of the call. We've used Dave/Jack Dish a few times and have been very pleased both times.

Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday evening. Luckily, we caught it before too much water had leaked onto the garage floor. The following morning, I called Jack Dish Plumbing. I chose them based on their Angie's List ratings and because they're a family owned and operated business. I spoke to Erin and explained that we needed a new water heater and hoped to get it replaced that day. It was the Presidents' Day holiday, so I wasn't sure I'd be able to get anyone to come out, but Erin said they could come between 1 and 3 p.m. that day. She got the details about my current water heater (brand, model number, capacity). Shortly after 3, Dan called to say they would be at our house in a few minutes. They arrived within five minutes, and we had our new water heater installed in about an hour. Dan and his co-worker were very pleasant. After replacing the water heater, Dan took the time to answer our questions (how to light the pilot, how to drain it, how to flush it, etc.) I was very pleased with their quick service and would definitely hire them again.

I was very pleased with the services performed. The office was wonderful in accommodating to my schedule. The total price, including what I paid to purchase a new faucet, was cheaper than what I had paid last time with a different company to just have a new faucet installed.

All work was well done. Installers were knowledgeable and professional.
