Description of Work: Replaced new fill valve and flapper in hard to reach toilet under a ledge -- had to remove the tank to do it! Also repaired faucets that were dripping and/or hard to turn (He knew there were cartridges that had to be cleaned -- a previous plumber was unaware). Excellent service!
