The plumber was punctual, friendly, and did the job needed. We did experience a small issue after the 30-Day warranty had expired, but they came back out and fixed it right up, no extra charge. This is a company that stands behind the quality of their work. If it is not right they will fix it. It is nice to know that there is someone with integrity that we can rely on.

The representative was courteous, prompt and fully explained what happened. He fixed both in under 15 minutes and didn’t even need to use new parts. He could have easily recommended we buy a new faucet, but was able to save the one we had. Great job!👍👍👍

Plumber was fully knowledgeable and quickly removed and installed new anode rod.

They came on time, worked quickly to correct problems. Faucet was difficult, jammed tight but they patiently and gently managed it open and replaced stem. works like new. New toilet parts and back to normal.

He replaced our broken faucet and quickly installed a new one. He also removed the under the sink water filtration system. The service was wonderful and he was very thorough. Definitely one of the better plumbers that I've had. He was very neat and not creepy.

As luck would have it, they had a cancellation on the morning that I called. They came within an hour; identified the problem; talked with me, showed me where the leak was coming from; fixed it, cleaned up after themselves and were gone. Trey was the young man who came-- he was very polite, very professional and very friendly and courteous. It was a really pleasant experience. The price was very fair, as well, I thought.

I had another plumbing service look at our outside sewer line because it was backing up into the bathtubs. Our regular plumber is Jack Disk Plumbing and he was not available. The other plumbing service was going to charge us $3200.00 to dig up the front yard to replace the backup covering that protects anything coming back into the house. The other plumbing service said they could NOT get the backup covering out without digging up the whole front yard. Jack Disk Plumbing came to fix our stool and I related to him what was happening to the backup covering. He asked to look at it; he reached into the sewer line and pulled the backup covering out. A charge of $80.00 for doing that. Be CAREFUL who you get to do work for you. Jack Dish Plumbing was HONEST and SOLVED the problem for $80.00 instead of $3200. There are honest people and honest plumbers in the world and Jack Disk Plumbing is one of the honest people.

I appreciated the honest appraisal of the shower/tub situation -- that it would be extremely costly to replace the whole set-up (because he would have to rip out quite a few tiles to replace a 1992 set-up with a 2017 one) and that he could fix the handle to make it usable until I might decide to move forward with a remodel of this guest bathroom. This is also where the toilet sits underneath a built-in shelf/part of the counter with hardly any space to pull off the lid of the toilet and replace the flapper -- which was done. The faucets in the other bathroom were also repaired and work well.

He was on time and friendly. They didn't charge extra for it being a Sunday.

Dan called me to inform me the valve would not fully close. He offered me the OPTION off water at street or replacing valve for a VERY minimal charge. He had the parts and got the whole job again quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Jack Dish Plumbing is fantastic!!!

I have used him for years. They are my to go to guys if I have any problems with plumbing. They are good. There was one guy that came and it took about 3-4 hours.

We got the water heater replaced eventually. Due to water damage we needed a temporary installation to keep hot water while restoration company completed their repairs, and then final installation after. They made us pay upfront for the temp AND final installation. They were not going to put the pan underneath the heater, even though that is current code. Although a licensed contractor, when I mentioned the need for permit for the new water heater, I was told they don't usually bother with it. We ended up pulling the permit ourselves. When we called to schedule the permanent installation they dragged their feet to schedule it even tho it had already been paid for. When they did the perm install, the technician ended up putting dirty footprints on the newly painted surface when connecting the code-required earthquake straps. A few months later when we had another Plumbing company do work at our home, they commented that a pipe should have been installed from the pan to drain any excess water away from the wall, which Jack Dish Plumbing had not done. I was disappointed that this licensed contractor was not compliant with current codes leaving the customer to do the research to ensure all would be OK with the municipal government.

Showed up on time, did what we needed at a fair price. We will continue to hire for plumbing needs in the future.
