They were prompt and professional. They squeezed me in on the Friday afternoon beginning Memorial Day weekend which was very helpful because we were moving that weekend.

Provider was easy to work with and responsive. Came on a Saturday, at a time convenient for me. The issue is some draining water, possibly from a failing relief valve. Because it appears to be related to the house's fire suppression system, the Provider recommends I contact a specialist in that area, which I now plan to do. Provider originally thought the problem was related to the water heater. Provider confirmed that is not the case. But, in the process noticed that an elbow joint for a gas line was used on the water heater. It was part of the water heater pressure relief system. Since that joint is not intended to carry water, it can rust. If it rusts badly enough it could close/seal the pipe. If that were to happen, and then there was an issue with the water heater that required the release of pressure, the sealed pipe would not allow the pressure relief system to release the pressure and the water heater could explode. The may be a low percentage outcome, but still a possible outcome. Provider corrected that problem by replacing the joint and pipe. After removing the joint we could clearly see rust on the inside of the joint, which had been in place for only a couple of months.

These guys are fantastic. Always courteous and punctual. I've used them at both my home and my father's home and never had any problems.

He did a good job because he had to work around and change the sink because we got a different kind than we had before and it's quite a job but he really made it work, so I enjoyed that part about. He was clean and completed it all.

Very good experience. The cheaper plastic valve started leaking and I had to shut off the entire house water supply. Joey replaced the valve with a metal shut off valve. I will be using them again to replace all the existing plastic ones.

It took the plumber longer to write out the bill for $105.00 than it did to unclog the toilet. I don't know if a senior's discount was applied or not - nothing indicated on the bill. I was unable to unclog the toilet myself because of a physical malady, but next time I will try if I'm able before I call anyone. I will also request an estimate before they come so I'll have some idea how much money I'll be out.

We just moved and took our gas stove with us, but upon trying to install it in the new house realized that the fittings wouldn't work. Southwest Gas recommended that we call a plumber. When I called Jack Dish on New Year's Day, I didn't expect a callback until the next day. But, surprisingly Jack called me back later that same day and I explained to him our issue. He said they would be able to come out the next day and would call me in the morning. When I spoke with David the next day, it turned out they were having some car issues (I think two of their cars broke down that day and had to be towed), but they promised to be there within a few hours. And just as promised, Jack showed up and immediately began working on the stove. He had to go get a part at one point, but was finished fairly quickly. He was polite, professional, and made sure everything was working properly (all burners were working, etc.) before he left. I'd say that overall it was a good experience and I would use them again if I needed to.

It went excellently. I was impressed that on the day before Christmas they responded so quickly. Joey was very knowledgeable and overcame some difficulties in removing the old cartridge.

Tech called prior to arrival and was on time. Installed new Delta fixture, air gap and sink flange. Fixture was Delta's Touch 2 O model and although the tech had never installed one prior, he read instructions and it went in flawlessly. Job was intricate, under sink and in cramped space. Couldn't be more pleased with the professional effort, result and price. Do not hesitate to use for any plumbing issue.

They did a fairly good job. The clogged pipe was done with no problem. But the toilet was a little problematic. We ended up replacing the toilet because the old one was just bad. When the new toilet came, everything was good.

I have used them for years and they have been very reliable. They have replaced the water heater and the water softener. They have fixed a burst pipe a couple of years ago. It is a very small operation with Jack and his two sons. I called them last morning and they were here last morning. He went to the store and bought the parts he needed. He came back and checked everything. They do real good work on all kinds of plumbing problems. He is very conscientious. They are pretty busy here in the area. We have been using them for six or seven years.

They arrived on time to do the work. I would use them in the future. The quality of their work is good. I would recommend them. They are professional while they are working.
