Jack Dish Plumbing

I was very pleased. I called this morning with the hope of getting something set up maybe tomorrow (Saturday) or next week. They sent a repairman out today and he was courteous and knowledgeable.

We called and they were able to come out the next day. Plumber showed up on time and was clean and professional. He showed us the problem, told us how much and quickly fixed it. I would definitely recommend their services.

They came quickly, fixed it just with talking to me over the phone as my parents were out of town and I was trying to get it fixed for the house sitter. I had four plumbers out to estimate this job, two of them gave outrageous estimates ($350-400) and one was also higher ($225) but they were the first plumber I called and I was all set to do the job but they wouldn't deal with me over the phone -- they wanted me to give them a signed cc receipt. In the end it turned out for the best that they were a PITA as this company was wonderful and I have scheduled some repairs at my house.

They showed up promptly, they were informative and professional, and they installed everything properly. Can't ask for anything more!

They schedule an appointment promptly, showed up on time, did the work just fine. The only problem I had was that they did not send a bill. Apparently the plumber went on vacation and forgot to submit his work. I called and they chased it down so all ended well.

My husband is the one who was home when the service was provided. He said the plumber was on time and very professional. The service was provided in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.

This was a horrible job but the guys from Accurate Leak Detection did it in a couple of days. Dave at Jack Dish Plumbing and the two fellows with Accurate Leak Detection were all very kind and professional, despite the nasty work. I am happy with their work and would call them again anytime.

Dan was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Did the work at the price quoted by Helen at the office with a membership discount. Discussed a future job I inquired about in some details. Cleaned up and double checked his work. Good job. Strongly recommend.

Went very smoothly; they knew what they were doing. Jack and his son were very professional, kind, and hard working. I already scheduled a appointment with them for the next week to do some other plumbing work I had been needing. Very pleased with their service!

Jack called to find out what the plumbing problem was ahead of his appointment time so he could bring out the correct tools for the repair. He needed to install a new shower faucet cartridge because a previous handyman botched the job. Took a couple of hours to repair and Jack did a fabulous job. His years of experience came in handy with type of faucet repair. I will call Jack Dish Plumbing in the future if I need their assistance. Thank you.

On time , professional, good attitude and did good work.

The call was put in last minute and Jack Dish Plumbing was able to come to my house in a time of an emergency with a clogged and backing up sink/washer/dishwater line. The other 3 main things that needed to be done were spread out in 2 addional days as they were pretty big jobs as nothing is ever easy in this house since it was built in the 1950's and everything in it we are finding out is rigged backwards. We are very happy with everything this company has done and have already called them for another job.

It took several tries to correct the leaking. I thought the price was a little high but I am satisfied overall. They were prompt and responsive when I called. Reliability is the name of game here in Las Vegas. When a craftsman shows up on time and does a good job, you're willing to pay their rates.

Got a prompt response from Helen to schedule work. Dan arrived in the scheduled 2 hr. window. He was personable and professional. He installed new water softener and removed the old one with no problems. He also checked the faucet leak and informed me that I would need a new one. I told him I would purchase it and call them back to reschedule work. I was very pleased with the work done and customer service I received. I have also recommended them to my friends.

Received prompt response from Helen to schedule work. I purchased a reverse osmosis water system and needed it installed before company arrived in the following week. This was no problem. Dave arrived in scheduled 2 hour maintenance window and quickly went to work. He was courteous, professional and helpful. He installed the system quickly and provided me with some helpful information concerning it's operation. I was very pleased with the service I received and will highly recommend them to others!

The dispatcher checked with her workers and quoted me a rough price over the phone of "It shouldn't be more than $200". We made an appointment for 12:00 noon - $1:00 pm. At 2:00 pm I called to find out where he was and the dispatcher said he got held up but was on the way. At 5:00pm I got a call from the plumber saying he was across town and was on his way. He picked up the new toilet I purchased from Lowes. He arrived at my house at 6:00 pm. The work was done correctly, however my wife gave him the wrong instruction on the bathroom faucet, and he ended up fixing the wrong one. The one that was NOT leaking. I called them the next day to get them back out to correct this and the dispatcher said it would be $85.00 PLUS parts, so basically $100. ? Granted, my wife did steer him the wrong way but shouldn't a plumber be able to tell a leaking faucet from a no-leaking one? ? And then shouldn't they offer me something to make up for being 5 hours late? ? And then shouldn't they give me a bit of a break on redoing the fix on the correct faucet, since they charged me to fix one that DID NOT LEAK?

Within an hour of leaving a message with their main number, I got a call back and was able to immediately set-up an appointment for the same morning. Dan, the assigned plumber, called soon after and arrived promptly, Very happy with the service and the work done.

Very punctual and as a matter of fact came early but called first to let us know he was ahead of schedule. Very good service and met our expectations. We will use them again if needed.

Excellent. Dan was here for another job last week, installing a new garden water line and repairing leaking spigots. We had him check the bathtub drains and he suggested we needed new drain assemblies. He arrived at the time scheduled and had the job done in record time. Dan is pleasant and efficient. Prompt, friendly response to voicemail message for appointment. Serviceman arrived right on time. Had given a courtesy call telling me he was on his way. Dan Introduced himself at the door. He was friendly, efficient and informative from arrival to departure.

Showed up on time and told me the old faucet could not repaired. Wanted while I went out to buy a new one. Fixed problem with a bathroom drain also. Quick and professional.
