The repairman, Ryan, arrived within the two hour window given me by the receptionist. He was personable and friendly. He quickly got to work and determined that the pipe between the sinks was clogged. He took the time to explain everything and show me what he was doing. He also instructed me on the care I should take using my garbage disposal and how to avoid future problems. He was very helpful. I was also glad for the prompt service and scheduling as I had company coming for dinner. I would definitely use them again, as I have in the past, and recommend them to friends in need of a good plumbing service!

I have been a customer of Jack Dish Plumbing for over 10 years and have never had a problem until now. The toilet installation went well. However, the washer hose came loose and flooded my laundry room and hallway. I called them immediately and was told by the receptionist that Dan H, the original service tech, was unavailable and she would see if David was available but because he was not on the initial service it would be a new callout and I would be charged. I told her it was a result of the initial work and I should not be charged. David called and then came to my home. I told him I had already made other arrangements for the repair. I'm sorry to say that I will no longer be using their services.

I had Dan H. working on two projects; the stool was running on its own; Dan put in a bigger flap to cover the release of water when not being flushed; no charge, he worked on this previously. The second project was the shower; the hot water stopped running into the tub and for the shower head; he knew the problem right away. A filter was plugged and Dan replaced the filter. This is a rather complicated procedure; but he knew what was happening at each step. He explained everything very clearly so that I could understand what he was doing. He had coverings over his shoe; which always makes my wife happy. Dan is just a very pleasant person and easy to communicate with.

The young lady on the phone was very helpful. The two service personel that arrived were not only polite and punctual, they cleaned up during and after themselves. I will call this company again.

Dan was the young man who came too our house from Jack Disk Plumbing. He was a very pleasant young man and very knowledgeable. He put coverings over his shoes before entering the house, which made my wife very happy. Jack Dish Plumbing does all of our work at our house. They stand behind their work.

Ask for Dan when calling Jack Dish Plumbing!!! He called before he showed up to my house and was right on time. He was really great to talk to and finish the job within a bit over an hour. He was careful when placing his tool and did a great job installing the water softener as close to the wall as possible which I really appreciated. He was very efficient and pleasant to deal with throughout the entire time. We definitely will use this company once again without a doubt and have Dan come to fix any plumbing problems in the future. THANKS AGAIN DAN FOR MAKING IT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!

Making an appointment was seamless and easy. Dan called on the date of the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. He was right on time. He did my two jobs in about an hour and was careful not to mess anything up. He put foot covers over his boots to keep from tracking in (my wife appreciated this) and didn't put his tool kit on the counter. He brought his own towels to clean his hands and was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. His work fixed our problems. We will use this company again without a doubt. It was a pleasure to deal with this fine company.

He was really nice and did more than he needed to. He went around and looked at my appliances to make sure they were in ok condition to make sure my house was ready to sell. He opened up some clogged sinks.

After suffering an injury to my ankle and experiencing the difficulties of trying to sit down on a low toilet without putting any weight on my foot, I was ready to get a comfort height or chair height toilet installed. After going to several home improvement stores I came away with my head hurting trying to decide which of the 40 different models on display would be the best for me. Thus, I first emailed Jack Dish Plumbing and asked them what they might recommend. I received a very prompt and courteous reply suggesting either a model of an American Standard or a Kohler which in their judgement would work the best for me. They also provided some suggestions regarding a laundry sink faucet and sprayer that was not working well. I scheduled the service visit and last Friday, David arrived on time with the replacement toilet and faucet. Within two hours he had finished both jobs. What impressed me was that they purchased the toilet and faucet, brought them to my home and installed them both for a reasonable price. Further they removed and hauled off the old toilet. This time as in the past, I have found Jack Dish Plumbing to be on time, reasonable in price and their work of great quality. I will never use another plumber as Jack Dish is the best.

Dan arrived on time and was so curteous. I Was dealing with 3 other things while he was here and he was so patient with me as well as friendly. He was willing to look at several other home repair issues I have to see if h could help. I was very impressed he gave me a few fridge magnets with jack dish plumbings numer on them I will only use this guy from now on for my plumbing needs.

Prompt service. Fixed the leak underneath kitchen sink. Could not diagnose shower drainage problems, but gave us some good leads and advice.

This was the first time we have needed a plumber since relocating to Henderson. We selected Jack Dish based upon other Angie's List reviews. We were very satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to use the company again. The tech was courteous and professional. We also had some other plumbing questions that were readily answered.

Pipes were clogged and company was able to resolve. The reason I gave a high rating though was because Jack was able to trouble shoot the probable cause of the original problem so it does not happen again.

Outstanding team of David and Kevin showed up well before the estimate of when they would be available, calling ahead that they were coming, and diagnosing the problem quickly and professionally! Explained what we could do to make sure that the shower heads in the spare bedrooms stayed in top shape by turning them on a few times each month if we don't have guest staying. Friendly, removing their shoes to work in the rooms they were going to, and then leaving everything perfect. They will be our plumbers now that we have found them, and we received a discount for beign memebers of Angie's list!!

Called this plumber after a terrible experience with Pro SERV. They replaced the cold cartridge quickly. The hot water facet was stuck so we let it sit and soaked it with vinegar. They came back and spent two hours getting the tub to quit leaking. Spent the time and effort to see the job was done correctly.

Very well. We found Jack Dish Plumbing on Angie's List. David and Kevin arrived on time. Kevin, I believe, is a new employee, so David was shadowing him. Though Kevin is heavily tattooed on his face and head, he was very nice and, it was clear he is a skilled plumber. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It was a most pleasurable experience!

Performed A+++ work on all levels; Workmanship, professionalism, quality, punctuality. Diligently worked towards removing the stuck/broken cartridge to avoid cutting the drywall. Jack's handwork and honesty saved us $$$. Will always use Jack for any future plumbing work. Thank you Jack.

Joey came out to assist my husband with a outdoor water pipe that needed to be capped off. It was an emergency call since the exposed water pipe could flood our back yard and the water could even get inside our home. Joey was very professional and knowledgeable about this situation. This repair is normally done by a landscaping company but Joey was able to help us. I'm a repeat customer to Jack Dish Plumbing and would recommend this company highly. Thanks again Joey. Plumber was very professional and prompt. He went above and beyond what he was reqested to do by running snake to clear blockage to ensure toilet would flush properly. Customer was very satisfied with service and cost. I definitely will use Jack Dish Plumbing, LLL in the future.

My water heater broke and I needed someone else right away. Unfortunately, I only got their voicemail (perhaps because it's after 5pm) so I moved on to the next providers.

I have hired them for three plumbing repairs I've needed. They are quick to respond and are always on time. They've fixed my kitchen sink when it was deeply clogged, they've repaired my bathroom sinks and even took the extra time to find one particular part my faucet needed. Both Jack and his son, David are great people to work with and I'm glad I've established a relationship. It's a good feeling to know that I can trust and depend on Jack Dish Plumbing.

Everything went well. They came on time; let me ask questions; checked everything over when they were finished. Told me that if anything leaked; they would come back and fix it, and not charge us for doing this. Very professional. The owner and his son worked together on this project; and they both did an excellent job. The owner and his son are both very pleasant people to deal with. Will use this service again.

From the moment we called and spoke with Helen, everything went smoothly and professionally. David arrived on schedule, was courteous and professional. He explained the issue and gave us options for repair. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again whenever a plumber is required.
