I ordered the big deal offered by this company. After a mix up in scheduling I received a call with an apology and an offer to come out that day. No problem. The plumber arrived within the stated time and had my plumbing problems solved within about 30 minutes. Service was fast and courteous. I had to pay 20.00 additional for a replacement part to connect my drain. Overall a good experience, I Would use this company again.

I called the company on a Monday and was scheduled according to my needs. The receptionist was very pleasant. the plumber arrived a few minutes ahead of the two hour window provided, great! The fixture I purchased was not of the highest quality, the finish was flawed and when installed, appeared to leak. However, Dan believed it had installed OK. Unfortunately, it "slow leaked" due to a hairline crack. When I talked with him the next day, he readily agreed to return, diagnosed the problem, removed the toilet so I could exchange it and came back after a long day, after-hours and reinstalled the new toilet. I had a working guest bath for friends coming into town the following day. I would use the company again, and ask for Dan. He was professional, pleasant and skilled.

David was awesome! He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Toilet works great.

The service provider was prompt and efficient. He only took about 45 minutes to take out the old kitchen sink faucet and install a new one. I requested a 30 minute "heads up" as to when he would arrive to do the job and he did so. He was very courteous.

As past customers of Jack Dish Plumbing, we were very disappointed with them in this experience. We started calling Jack Dish Plumbing on 9/7/15. Since it was a holiday, we did not call the emergency line but did leave more than one message that day and submitted a request on their website. When we still had not heard from anyone the morning of 9/8/15, we started calling again. We did get two people out mid-morning. They removed the old water heater and replaced the shut-off valve that had failed. They were then going to slap in the new heater right away on top of the water-soaked wood compartment with 3 walls shared with interior areas. They did have the code-required earthquake straps; they did NOT have the code-required sediment tray and questioned me when we requested that we have it. When I asked them if they would pull the City of Henderson required building permit for water heater installation, they said they usually didn't pull permits for water heater installation, and even asked who said the sediment tray was required. (I had called the City of Henderson that day and did confirm that the tray was required; it concerned me that a licensed plumbing contractor did not know about the permit & sediment tray requirement and questioned it.) Luckily for us, the restoration company was there and advised them that a TEMPORARY installation was needed so that the restoration work could be completed. The restoration company also suggested that two invoices be prepared for insurance purposes: one for the temporary installation, and one for the permanent installation with water heater. Jack Dish staff said that they did not have the needed stand, so would have to go get that as well as the extension piping for a temporary installation and would also get the sediment tray. Several hours later, they did return with the stand and completed the temporary installation. This made it possible for us to have hot water by day's end and to stay in our home during restoration repairs, rather than in a hotel. The office person called a few weeks after the temporary installation to see if we were ready for the permanent installation. Due to delays, we were not, but Jack Dish advised us to call when we were ready. We started calling the first part of October to schedule the permanent installation. Again we kept getting the "please leave a message" so we left several messages. We finally left a message saying that since we'd already paid for the permanent installation, maybe we'd need to file a claim with the credit card company. Jack Dish did call us back 10/7/15 or 10/8/15, but said they would not be available for a couple more days. When we asked why they had not responded to our earlier calls, they said their office staff had been out sick. Although this was not to our liking, we agreed. Early the afternoon of 10/8/15, Jack Dish called and advised us that they could fit us in and could be at our home in 30 minutes. We were not at home and would not be available until later that afternoon. We agreed upon a time that we would be home. Jack Dish called us after arriving 25-30 minutes earlier than arranged. We were still en route. Once Jack Dish started doing the final installation, it went fairly quickly. The sediment tray and earthquake straps were installed, the water heater refilled and tested. However, the temporary stand and extension piping that we had paid for ended up going back into the Jack Dish van, which we presume will be reused for another customer. No credit was issued to our credit card.

I was not at all pleased with the price. It was outrageous. They were here for less than two and a half hours. For half an hour of that, he went to the store for parts he didn't even use. I was not impressed. I had them once before and was satisfied but I certainly wasn't satisfied with this. I gave them a C because he had to come back and caulk the sink. There was a soap dispenser which was supposed to go in the sink but there was no cut out for it however, there was a hole/marked area. He said that he couldn't put that in which surprised me. I will not use them again.

Dan confirmed my suspicions that it was a toilet leak, but from the underside of the tank where some gaskets were loose. He replaced the gaskets, made sure they were tight and not leaking and also replaced the old flapper (at my request.) Dan made sure the bathroom was clean and dry before he left. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was very happy with the service!

Joey, came and replaced the leaking saddle valve. He installed a bronze tee and proper valve to feed the Garage Cooler. Very nice work, very professional, I thought the service was excellent and well done. I will be using them in the near future to replace our water heater

Joe the plumber from Jack Dish Plumbing (have used their services a few times before at my home) arrived 10 minutes after I called them. Jack Dish Plumbing isn't just good they are the best in this city with outstanding fast courteous and professional service as well as the best prices. They saved me quite a bit of money by not closing. YOU MUST CALL THEM BEFORE YOU CALL ANYONE ELSE.

He arrived when he said he would, and did the work quickly and professionally. My husband wanted him to upgrade the hoses that connected to the toilet, and since it was old, we replaced it with a flex line vs bendable tubing. It was a great job, and I'd use him again.

My hot water heater died on a Thursday morning. I called Jack Dish Plumbing and was told they would try to get out that day. Two techs arrived at 3:00 P.M. with the new water heater and all other supplies necessary. They accomplished the repair in a competent and professional manner. I would recommend their service to anyone.

This was a great experience, the business owner made sure I had an appointment and even though it was a window time frame, I did get a 30 minute heads up. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. Dan did a great job, and I would definitely use this company again.

I was fortunate to have Jack Dish show up. He was very pleasant and conscientious. I picked him based on Angie's List, BBB, and Yelp reviews. So far so good on the repair. He was also $50+ cheaper than less highly rated competitors (with an Angie's list $26 discount) estimates.

I. Leak was not detected until I asked rep to recheck by filling the tub all the way as a last resort. Turned out it was from the tub faucet. So if I hadn't asked him to do that his final determination would have been that nothing was wrong. Even though I had the stains on the ceiling below to prove there was a noticeable leak. And this was after he gave me other reasons like it could have been a hairline fracture in the tub (?!) 2. He attempted to replace the overflow seal on the tub. He broke off a piece of the tub. I asked him if he was going to fix it and the fix was not well done. See picture if I can attach it. Plus the seal was not the right size (too big) which is why he cracked the tub area housing around the seal. 3. He attempted to replace the tub drain (he thought that was the cause of the leak) but he could not get it out. He cranked on it with the tool insert so hard that it displaced it and now it will not keep the water in. But he couldn't remove it so it wasn't replaced (and it wasn't the problem anyway)). So drain seating is worse than before he came. 4. Left smudges on the ceiling. (I know it's minor but I'm short, so it is difficult for me to reach that even with a ladder because of the location. And if they don't come off, I will have to match the paint then repaint it.

Highly recommended. They replaced the garbage disposal and fixed a plugged drain line of our R.O. unit. They were polite and courteous, they even took their shoes off before entering the house. In-n-out in 30 minutes and prompt service. I will definitely use them again. Great job guys!

These guys were prompt, professional and extremely friendly. Even though we didn't know we had a bad toilet tank, they were there several times without cost. Wish we heard of them before our very expensive previous plumber that pressured us and charged a fortune.

The service was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time and was polite, courteous, and professional. He replaced our broken toilet in a short time and even went above and beyond by giving us some guidance on our R/O system. I'm extremely pleased with the services they provided and will definitely use this company in the future.

Went right to work fixing everything and then testing for leaks. The service and price was extremely reasonable. I am calling them on Monday to have work done in my salons.

Dave Dish did an excellent job of installing our new one piece toilet. He removed the old toilet and was careful to not spill any water as he carried it out of the house to his truck. He removed all the old wax, installed new bolts and a new wax ring that I bought along with the toilet. The new toilet was heavy but he was careful and seemed to have no trouble placing it on the drain. He leveled the toilet with a shim due to an uneven tile floor and then caulked the toilet base where it met the tile floor. I felt this was all done in a very professional and expeditious manner. Jack Dish is our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs.

I asked Jack Dish Plumbing to do our plumbing work connected with our remodel of our kitchen and master bath. Note that we bought all items beforehand so we could pick out what we wanted. Most of the work was in the Master Bath. We replaced our old shower. So the contractor first removed the old shower exposing the two shower rough in's, one in the master bath and one in the adjacent guest bath. Since there was access, I wanted to replace the guest bath rough in while we had a chance. Jack Dish did this work and came back to install the faucets and other items after the new counter top and shower were installed. They provided an estimate for this work a month or so beforehand and agreed to the dates set by our schedule. The work was done professionally and timely. They met our schedule and provided the support we needed to complete our project. We could not be happier with their service.

They are an “A”. They are the best. I have no problems with their work. They have done a lot of work for me throughout the years; they installed my toilets, they installed my sinks, they installed our water heater and a lot more. They did everything with a reasonable price. For the garbage disposal, he got it working again and just charged me the service charge. I never had trouble with any of their work. Their prices are reasonable and not exorbitant. If you call them, they set the appointment right away and they come on time. They are professional. They are our only plumber.
