Description of Work: Office staff was very responsive and friendly. Appointment was made for the following day to trouble shoot an overflow problem with the kitchen sink. Dan showed up early and got right to work. After disconnecting the lines into the garbage disposal he found that the knock out for the hose fitting had not been completely removed and over time had partly blocked the water causing the overflow. A few weeks later my water heater went out. Again, Dan and Jack the owner both showed up early. Dan replaced the water heater witch was still under warranty, installed a water heater catch pan, Made alterations to the temperature and pressure line to make a better fit for the heater. Both men were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Would have no problem recommending the company to others

Description of Work: I called the company. I got Joey on the phone. He seemed overbearing during our conversation and seemed quite negative about about the work I requested, He was in his truck so he took my information and said he'd call back once he was in the office. That was the last we heard from him. Apparently, they have all the customers they need. We were very fortunate to get a referral from a neighbor. His name is Lew Kish. He arrived the same day, performed the work quickly and efficiently and charged very little by plumber's standards. He is a licensed plumber, and though he is not on Angie's list, It is my firm belief that he should be.

Description of Work: Called re loose kitchen faucet and hand soap dispenser today. Joey was able to fit me in between jobs in my community. Courteous, removed shoes, professional job done by Dave, who explained exactly what problem was, and did repairs. Alerted me about soap dispenser change out. Pleased with results, put everything back in place prior to departure. Honored Angie's List 10% discount. Will definitely use again, and definitely recommend.
