They called the day of the appointment to ask if they could come a little earlier, which I said was fine. They arrived about 30 minutes earlier than we had scheduled. They did a very thorough cleaning of our house, asked questions when they weren't sure of a few things, and were very efficient. Our house looked terrific when they were finished.

Excellent. We were especially impressed with a "steam" cleaning of our tile floor areas.

We set a day and time for the service, the time was roughly 2pm in the afternoon. The day of the clean I received a call 2 hours before the scheduled time of the clean, fom their dispatch asking if we could start the clean early as they were finished with a previous job. I told them that was fine and I could be at the new house in a half hour, in which they agreed 12:30 pm was fine. They did not show up to the house until their original scheduled time 2pm! I called to see where they were at, dispatch told me they had no record of them calling me to come early, after a few moments she found the record of them calling me for an earlier time. She apologized and eventually the cleaning team arrived on time to the original time set. The team was very courteous and the team leader was attentive and easy to communicate with. I really liked her. Remember this is a Move In cleaning so the home was completely empty. Overall they did a very good job, but they did miss corners of mirrorrs (previous water spots), some debris was found in a closet, and some kitchen drawers weren't cleaned as nicely as thought should have. Overall a nice job and I may hire them again.

Everything went well and they were able to clean the whole house in the time alloted.

Overall, great job. I rated a B for responsiveness, but I may be too picky. Generally, my experience with Angie's list has been same-day response, regardless of day of week, but Mother Earth was the following day - still not bad. They were on time, and did a thorough job. The only thing I was just a little disappointed in, was one particular room that was very grimy and asked them to pay particular attention too. They did a good job on the surface, but didn't really get into the areas I had hoped. Overall, good job, and I'm having them come back, so would recommend.

The house looked great after the crew finished. They made it look move in ready! Thank you!

Highly recommended, I will definitely be using them again. Very responsive, showed up on time and were professional. They followed all of my requests and cleaned the house more thoroughly than any other house cleaner I've ever had, even moving the furniture to get the pet hair underneath. Normally I get a terrible headache after a housecleaning from the chemical smells, but after their cleaning there was no product smell, everything just smelled fresh and I did not get a headache at all. Excellent job!

These ladies were awesome! I'm almost afraid to live in my house it's so clean! LOL! They arrived just a bit late due to traffic, but stayed even other the time limit to finish the job! I have tried several different companies, but these girls took the show! Good job, Ladies!!! I will have you back again and again!

A++++. My home looks amazing. They even used cleaners that didn't bother my asthma! Absolutely amazing job. I have never had maids that were so good! They took my leather cleaner and shined my leather sofas. They even went inside my refrigerator and cleaned it out completely. They even wore booties on their feet so that they would not track any mess into the house! There is no self cleaning oven in a 2015 home. They cleaned it so well it looks brand new!

We bought a new home. We didn't know if the previous owners would leave it clean or dirty. They obviously cleaned. The deal I had was for 3 people for 3 hours. They called and said they would be 30 minutes late. No biggie. I told the lady what I wanted done . She said there are 4 people and would stay for 2 hours 15 minutes.while we were going over the areas to be cleaned, 2 ladies each went to a bathroom and started cleaning.My husband and I had to leave (home was completely empty no furniture etc.) We came back exactly 2 hours and 15 minutes letter, walked in the door and all 4 of the women were frantic in the kitchen cleaning away.But nothing was being cleaned actually. They were putting all the pieces back in the fridge when I told them when I left the fridge is clean plz just sanitize. They did clean the oven and microwave. I asked for all the cabinets inside and on TOP to be cleaned. The previous owners were here 10 years and You could tell it had never been done. The one lady told me she had to start on the floor she brought out her steam mop and did half the home she said she had done the other half already. Then she told me they were past the time limit - by now I was fuming. I told her I didn't have any more money to give her. They stayed 30 minutes later. Outside they stared us down for the tip. Really didn't want to give them anything. I told her here's 20 four ways I'm not happy. She said sorry we couldn't do more and I said HELLO there were 4 of you!!! What I'm guessing happened was when we left --2 bathrooms got done and btw they never mopped the back of the house my feet were filthy.We figure they either were on their phones or playing cards or whatever until they saw us drive up then they flew into the kitchen to look busy. I didn't realize I had to be home to "babysit" FOUR people to clean an empty house.I am beyond disappointed.Would NEVER recommend this company ever. I've lived here for 30 years and will give this company a bad rap to anyone who asks!!!!!

They showed up on time and cleaned all the areas I had requested. They did a fantastic job. I was very pleased and would use them again.

The housekeepers were punctual which was great. They were professional and very diligent. I ended purchasing additional time as my space was a bit larger than what could be covered by the team of 4 in an hour and a half.

It went as advertised. Kitchen, bathroom and floors were spotless. Totally satisfied with their service.

We were very happy and satisfied with the work that Mother Earth Maids did in our house. In fact, we scheduled another appoint in a month for additional work and have recommended this company to friends and family. When the staff came to the house, there was confirmation of the work that we expected to be done on that visit. They did an awesome job and did not stop until the allocated time was done. We couldn't have been happier with their work.

They cleaned beautifully! He showed up with 4 workers, they were very nice & cordial to work with. They got stains off of the stove that I never thought would be removed. They showed up on time. I was very happy with them & glad I got them through Angie's List!!

It went fine. Only one worker appeared to be English speaking. They didn't come fully prepared. But they were ok.

The only things I really wanted done were the floors and baseboards. If there had been leftover time, I wanted dusting. But they started in the kitchen and then to the floors, so when the time was up, the floors weren't complete. I was not unhappy, however, the work done was excellent. It is just that their priorities (which I understood) were different from mine. Ultimately, I should have supervised more closely.

They sent an email the day before to remind me of the cleaning. They arrived on time and worked in a very professional manner.

4 people cam on time and went thru my house in about 3 1/2 hrs. They cleaned EVERYTHING and then some. They were professional. I was use them again as they saved me alot of time and effort. The price was a bit more than I expected but worth it in the long run. They are a GREAT company!

We will definitely call for this team's services again. I am not given to a lot of superlatives, but I think Mother Earth Maids deserves the highest rating. We had a team of 4 cleaners. Everyone worked diligently and quickly. I did not have to explain anything. It was a pleasure to walk around when they were finished and note the polished shutters, the gleaming appliances and cooktop, the ultra-clean baseboards, the well-vacuumed stairs and carpets, the clean tile, the clean windows and windowsills and mirrors.

Myra and her crew of three sweet, energetic young ladies did a terrific job. They completed all the items delineated in the Big Deal and I added in one cupboard shelf and outside windows into the package. Overall, I am completely satisfied with their work and attention to detail. I will be using this service in the future as long as I can have Myra and her crew. I HIGHLY recommend them to all Angie's List customers.
