See above..The date & time was changed 2 times as they said they had cancellations. Then the day they came they said the appointment was at 2 pm & it was confirmed with me for 1 pm.

They two were unable to complete cleaning as scheduled as the third person was needed to make sure the last room and the kitchen were cleaned...therefore, they were left untouched including the guest bathroom which was partially cleaned only. I had complained but they have NOT resolved this issue!

Perfect. They were punctual (except for the computer adjusting the arrival time from 8:30 am to 8:00 am without notifying me. It actually worked out to be better for me.

Very well. Impressed with how clean my house was when I saw it. My shower was cleaner than I'd ever seen it and my toaster oven looked brand new! The floors looked great too! Will definitely use Mother Earth Maids in the future.

I appreciated the work they completed but it was a little too rushed! 4 hours plus 30-60 minutes grace would have been perfect timing especially when there was only two persons working the contract! They were one person short as Miranda had to travel to Phoenix on an emergency! The contract stated three persons for four hours so they were short-handed by one person! I would rehire again if there were three persons working the contract as stated for the four hours. Two persons working a four-hour contract is not realistic as the home-owner will be short-changed as I was!

Four-person crew showed up 15 minutes late and did 1hr 10 minutes of work. Did a nice job of the kitchen and bathroom. Cleaned walls and patio door windows. However, after 40 minutes, in the middle of the job, with the furniture and carpets strewn about, they asked for an extra $50 to finish the work. This typical cleaning and moving company scam tactic is done by disreputable companies, so I was disappointed. It's in Las Vegas, so I rated them (A) overall because they didn't price gouge me too badly and they're probably better than most.

Saying they did a spectacular job is an understatement. They turned a terribly neglected house into a masterpiece! I mean it was literally shining! They cleaned everything very well including large mirrors. I cannot recommend this company enough for all of your cleaning needs.

Got a text message when they were on their way. Arrived right in time. Very pleasant and professional all the way. They did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

The crew did a great job. There were some scheduling issues but once they got here they worked hard and fast. They got much more done than I thought they would. Very pleased with the crew.

They did a good job & they left over 6 hours unused so they credited back to me 6 hours. It was the only day we've had them out. They used 6 hours of the 12. The house wasn't really that dirty but I thought it was best to get them out. They did fine. They did a good job, but there's no one like another provider I have used, that has to be reserved for an A. They're in the neighborhood of another provider. I'm a property manager so I know a lot about maids. It's tough, I don't like to give them a B, they worked hard. Someone has to get a B. It was good service. They did a good job in the bathrooms. Most of them do. They did a pretty good job overall, but it wasn't an A. It was good enough. Maybe I should say a 'B' is not a bad grade. I'm a tough marker. I've been a professor for too long. B is very good. I felt I got my monies worth. I got my monies worth plus. You get a fair value there. You can't expect someone to do a $400 job for $200.

They seemed to work efficiently and were courteous throughout. After they left I found several spots on the floors, sinks, and counter tops that had obvious rings and spots that looked as if they barely got a once over.

Very well. I was contacted once purchased to schedule the cleaning by a cordial young lady. Maria and the 2 ladies were on time and courteous. They did an excellent job on the house and I would recommend to friends and family.

Horrific , no compassion for my health, left dirt under pile under bed. Only one maid spoke English. Not the fault of the poor maids . I don't trust the owner. How can they leave a sick person in a mess when I paid them money. This just happened in Feb . I was with different ladies 3 or 4 only one could speak English not well.

I explain need to clean behind the refrigerator and they didn't. Said they would come back . I cleaned myself. Marie said they cleaned it I text her a pic of it like they didn't believe me. Said would give 25.00'credit I said keep your credit. I rather the public know than the money. I feel I shouldn't have to micro manage workers.
