My experience was not as good. I think we had different expectations. The price for what they did, I expected more. What they did was very good, but it was not what I expected. So, when your expectations are not met, then, you do not have a good experience.

Advertisement was for 8 hours of thorough housecleaning services applied based on number of personnel conducting services. Team of four cleaners arrived promptly at scheduled time. The team lead conducted all of the personal interactions as it appeared other workers did not speak English. Team was immediately divided to focus on primary deep cleaning areas; bathrooms, kitchen and tile floors. Remaining household areas were considered secondary within allotted hours. The cleaners worked efficiently, finishing the entire project within 1.25 hours. Unfortunately, the advertisement only included provisions for one 8-hour session and even though the cleaners completed the project early there was no offer to revisit any household area or provide for follow-up services to fulfill the value of the advertisement. This was disappointing from a value standpoint; however, the cleaning service provided was comprehensive.

We've used them twice and plan on using them monthly. They are an excellent service company.

It was very good. I purchased a big deal and used it right away. I only used them once and was going to use them again, but they had all different women again. I don't like that. They were very good, but I just don't want different women coming into my house. I actually used them twice. This first time was great. The second not as good.

Very well-Mayra, Dina and Francisco came to clean. They were very experienced. I had forgotten to ask them to dust the blinds but while I was outside in the yard I saw them doing that, so I was pleased they did this on their own! I would hire them again if I saw another deal like this on Angie's List! I feel reviews are very important (I hire based on reviews) so it's good to review honestly.

I really like them. They work hard, are efficient and do a very good job. I have been very pleased with what they do. I like the products they use. Whatever they use is good stuff -- it doesn't damage anything and it smells good. I am just real pleased with their work. The price was $140 for 1,200 square feet and they even did the slider doors, the blinds, my hardwood floors and my bathrooms. I am fairly conscientious about my house so they did not have to deep clean my kitchen -- they just did a once-over. They do a great job on the bathtubs, sinks and all of that stuff. I wish they had a little more flexibility on their services and the price of their service because they always have kind of a straight-forward package deal. A couple of months ago I wanted to use them, but they didn't have time for me. I have a package with them for a 1,600 square foot house I have doing all the rooms for $165. This is $140 and they did not do the bedrooms because they said it would be for 1,200 square feet so I eliminated the bedrooms and my office are. Sometimes I don't need very much, sometimes I only need a few things done and not everything. I like their work very much but sometimes I don't need them to do everything. I would like them to allow me to be selective in what I want done. I don't think the pricing is that bad. They sent three people and they were here for 2-1/2 hours. They worked really well in a well-coordinated manner. They are in and out and they work the whole time. When they told me they would be here they were here. I think they are efficient. MY impression is they always have an English-speaker with them because they are Latinos. I communicate with one of them. No one else spoke English except the one. I like the way my house smells after they are done. They do a really nice job on my hardwood floors. They polished the kitchen countertop.

I guess Mother Earth Maids'?service was okay. They came in, they cleaned and they left. I'd have to give an A for price because I always get the specials from Angie's List. Sure, I would use them again.

Deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, family room, and kitchen

To my surprise, the four-woman team completed everything, including a couple of last-minute add-ons, with time to spare. So I hired that same team (the leader is fluent in English, one other appeared to be) to come in every three weeks. The work they did was fast, thorough, efficient and without incident (I have a lot of electronics and knickknacks I've picked up around the world that other cleaners have messed up). They followed my instructions and even somehow managed to work quietly around me (I was working in my home office throughout).

Excellent, used them several times before.

First off they didn't runaway when they saw the condition of the house .... thats a huge plus. I thought I would need an army to get this place cleaned, but it only took three of them and the house looked great when they were done. They arrived on time and got right to work.

They cleaned the house real nice. Except, they shut the bathroom door and claimed I did it. It took about forty minutes to have it opened. I would use them again.

The crew showed up on time and did a very thorough job.

The team that worked on my house did a fantastic job. They worked very hard and left my whole house spotless. I will use them again in the future.

There were four women, and three didn't speak English. They cleaned the house OK, for the price it was OK. Maids out here in Las Vegas suck. I get what I pay for, I would use them again because, they were cheap. I didn't give them a tip which means, they weren't all that good.

They were friendly and efficient. They cleaned all the areas I asked them to. However, when they left I was waxing the hard wood floor and found several spots that they had left behind. They just required a little extra scrubbing and they were gone. I also found spots on the kitchen counter and in the bathroom sinks that had just been given a once over but were not clean and spots remained.

Excellent. Deep-cleaned bathrooms and kitchen, cleaned bedrooms, family room, dining room.

It was not real great. There were three of them and it was really one that didn't do a great job. I would have to separate the job done from their demeanor and that was very good. I would not use the same three people.

They are fabulous. Those girls are amazing. There were no problems ever. We have left the girls alone to clean. We came back and they did a perfect job and the price is really good.

They always show up on time. They ask me if there is anything special that needs to be done and they go to work. My house is spotless in about an hour and a half. They do a wonderful job

Great job. 3 workers for 4 hours. They worked so fast that they didn't need to full time. The house was spotless.

We did have an additional hour but I can't remember the price. They didn't do it thoroughly. There were a lot of things that were left undone. ?To get a higher overall grade, they could have been more thorough and cleaned different areas that were not completed.
