Wonderful. They've very good. It didn't take long to get an appointment set up with them. He was right on time. My computer had a really bad virus and he was able to repair it. I had been on the line with Microsoft a couple of times and they couldn't make the repair remotely. They were very good about it. He cleaned my computer right up, he made a lot of little adjustments for me. It took almost an hour and a half. They were reasonably priced for their performance. Their price seems to be competitive for their performance, and I thought it was very good for the service I received. I would absolutely use this company again in the future.

They are a wonderful company. They charge for the first hour but after that they charge us by the half hour. This is nice because you are not paying for 2 or 3 hours when they are here for an hour and a half. They are clean, fast and always on time, and they do their work. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Mike cleaned up and adjusted my desktop computer so that it runs rapidly. He added a better software to keep the hard drive organized. He found the electrical problem with the laptop, fixed it and provided advise on how to handle it in the future. I had called the company for printer repairs. I was given advice on printers over the phone. I then asked for computer repairs; the technician (Mike) arrived within an hour.

It went very well. Lawrence Parker arrived 4-5 minutes early with satchel in hand. He introduced himself, gave me his card and was ready to sit down to the computer. He immediately started to work and worked continuously. I was close by and he asked me 2-3 questions about the computer as he was working. He was knowledgeable and could answer a few general questions that I had.

The tech had a 9.00am show-up time. Traffic messed with him, he called us and said he'd be here at 9.15am. He arrived at 9.05. Smart guy. He under-promised and over-performed. He was so focused he wasn't interested in a cup of coffee. He got right to it and discovered the problems and solved them. I was impressed. This is a class outfit. A customer service oriented company. We need more of them.

Christian was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problems with my computer, he took time to educate me about several aspects of my computer operation that I didn't know. He is not the typical non-responsive "propeller head" that you often get with computer service and repair companies. He talks like a normal person and does not talk down to you in "techie-speak". My only regret is that I didn't call them a month ago when my computer started slowing down. He was at our house 2 hours and gave me a 10% discount for using Angie's List.

The website has run fine since then. Really, he did what he said he was going to do. He helped my husband fix a problem and one of the other problems was not so easily fixed and we ended up getting a new computer. The major problem was the website. The second problem was a laptop we tried to run it off a network to use a printer. He said we needed something done which we did and it still did not work. We then took it somewhere else and they said it was probably not fixable. On a scale of 1 to 5 I would give him a four.

He was very knowledgeable and punctual. I would use them again.

He was great. Punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The price was very reasonable and well worth it. He resolved a very frustrating problem quickly.

He was professional, quick to analyze, and we are very happy with the fact the computers are now working perfectly.

I called Computer Medics to set an appointment and the tech was sent the same day. He was very knowledgeable and quick (considering they charge by the hour). He was also willing to help me with little odds and ends on my computer that I did not know how to do. He finished within the hour and I was only charged the hour fee of 79.00.

They were prompt and came out within a reasonable amount of time and solved the problem.

I was amazed when I called in the morning and was told that the company could have a computer tech at my house between 1-3 p.m. that day. Triston arrived as promised, had a very engaging personality and was willing to explain what he was doing and why; something that I haven't experienced with another company. And Computer Medics' prices are much more reasonable in addition to the fact that they came to me the same day. The last time another company worked on my laptop, they said they'd have it 7-10 days, kept it 2-1/2 weeks and charged me much more for the work. So I was thrilled with the timeliness and cost of Computer Medics' service and would highly recommend them to anyone having computer issues.

Arrived exactly on time. Performed work quickly and efficiently. Explained clearly what he was doing and explained how we could repeat the process in future. Everything works as we want. Very satisfied with the work.

My tech, Mike, arrived promptly at the appointed time. He asked several questions and then looked at the computer and began to work asking questions as he proceeded. He diagnosed the problems and then corrected the problems to my satisfaction. He was very professional and showed me ways to help myself after he left and also offered to help me thru any issues that might pop up after he left by calling him. My computer is now running smoothly!

He went out of his way to make sure it was right, he (Carlos) knew what he was doing. I'll call them back if I should happen to need them.

I found this company off of Angie's List. They were very punctual. In fact, he even showed up early. My computer needed a new part and he actually went to Wal-Mart to purchase it for me and he only charged me for the part cost. He did not charge me for his time that it took to go get it, which I thought was really nice. In my opinion, they went above and beyond.

I had made an appointment with another computer repair company. They didn't show up and got snooty when I called, so I switched to Computer Medics. Triston, the tech, called to let me know he was on his way and arrived in a timely fashion. He got right to work, using a long list of problem descriptions I gave him. In three hours (at $75 per hour), he had 85% of my problems fixed. The remaining problems would take way too much effort to fix, so I decided to live with them. Triston does not have any Microsoft Certification and says he gained his expertise by ''general application,'' which I took to mean on the job training from working with his Dad, the owner. It didn't seem to make a difference, as he was able to solve my biggest problems. And, I got a 10% senior discount.

Computer Medics was very informative on what the problem was. They told me what was wrong and said it would cost about $225 to replace my hard drive. We chose to just buy a new computer. They did charge us for the service call but they taught us a little about the problem.

This is the second time we have called them to do repairs on our computer, and both times the problem they dealt with has not returned. The technician who fixed it was very knowledgeable. He explained what he did, so we could understand. Then he stayed for about two more hours to give us a short lesson in computers. The cost was low, and he had excellent manners.

Computer Medics has very competent people working for them. I was very impressed by their knowledge and ability to fix my computer. They explained everything very clearly to me in laymen terms. I have used this company before and I am always very pleased with their service. They do charge a per hour rate.
