Fantastic. Helped trouble shoot video card problem and offered a wealth of advice for cloud based backups and memory issues. I work all day on my PC and needed assistance very quickly, and they came out within 90 minutes of my call.

Everything went fine. We've been using them for 4 or 5 years now. They take care of whatever we need. Their prices are fine. They're a pleasure to deal with. They're honest and they're friendly. They called that day.

.Michael came to my house with a new Asus router. He disconnected my old router and connected the Asus router. He also connected the router to my video streamer. I failed to ask him to connect the router to my printer, which I was able to do myself. I also failed to ask him to connect the router to my Directtv, which i had tried to do myself with the help of a Directtv tech. It seemed to work fine at first then failed a few times after that. After talking to the tech at Directtv, they informed me that the problem was with the router I had just had installed. The router works fine with the computer, printer and video streamer, but does not work with my Directtv. After being charged $89 for the router it should be working with everything

My call to Computer Medic was answered by a knowledgeable representative who clearly understood my problem and immediately scheduled a service call. They had a technician in my area, so they were able to provide same day service. Michael, their technician, called when he was on the way and arrived less then two hours after my call. Michael is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Within the one hour basic billing time increment he had my laptop working like new. He also installed three programs to help resolve future virus problems. All of this was accomplished for their basic $79.00 first hour fee.

He came out the same day we called him. Steven is awesome! Even his receptionist was on it. I would certainly use him again.

The technician who came out was very good. I have even recommended his services to my sister and she liked him too.

We called at 12:41pm and Steven was here one hour later. Talk about quick service!!! Our computer was running slow so he went through the system and cleaned it up and changed the virus protection to a program that he felt was better for us He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions in language we could understand (we are seniors) He also told us what other items we needed to buy for our computer system to keep it running smoothly We felt the price was very reasonable and we would definitely call them again and recommend them to our friends.

Quick, excellent service. He spent some time showing me the basics of the new computer. He was very professional. I had some questions after he had left, and he was friendly and pleasant about answering them. Would highly recommend, would use again.

Excellent job! New computer up and running with all my data in tact. It came with Windows 8.1 with which I am totally unfamiliar. He ran me through the basics of the new system and set up some very helpful shortcuts. Will definitely be using again when the need arises.

Called in Monday. They made an appointment for between 11 and 1 the following day. Tuesday Kevin called at 11:00 saying he would be here in 30 minutes. He arrived right on time. He went quietly and efficiently to work. He did a great job. Installed a free antivirus program. I could not be more pleased with the experience. Thank you Kevin and thank you Angie's List!

That went good. He came in and he was very professional. He told me exactly what kind of virus it was and what he was going to do. Other than that, he did everything that he said he was going to do. My computer is working fine now. I've had no problems with it since.

Called on Saturday to schedule the installation of a hard drive I had purchased for my laptop. Was able to schedule a prompt appointment for that Monday. Kevin arrived on time and quickly accomplished the task. Would definitely use again if needed.

Tristan showed up on time. He was very pleasant, easy to work with. He not only got rid of the Delta Search Engine, he cleaned up Outlook. He discovered 95GB of old files that had been slowing down opening Outlook by up to 2 hours. I was very happy!

, TiIt was flawless. I called on Thursday in panic and they sent Triston out immediately who worked for a few hours before deciding to completely restore the entire system. He took the computer and returned it fully restored, including all data . Virtually nothing was lost. I have a Carbonite backup, however, the data download is at least a week. Triston, downloaded my date to another hard drive. Saved a lot of time. These guys are great. My computer has never run better. They are very free in giving advise for online programs for improving your computer and not just sales gimmicks, which abound. They are friendly and efficient. They took care of what they were supposed to take care of. The person who came out walked me through something else that came up on the phone the next day for free. They were very good and I even referred them to a friend of mine.

Mike was very professional, and performed a thorugh evaluation of my prroblem. He went on to fix my computer. He answered all questions. I would use him again should the need arise.

My computer was running slow and was dropping the internet connection. We called Computer Medics and a computer expert was at our home within 90 minutes. Mike, the tech, was very professional and in no time discovered that my problem was the router. Instead of trying to sell me a new one, he discovered that there was an update available which he downloaded. That fixed my problem. Mike also cleaned up my computer and deleted a number of programs that were attached to other downloaded programs. My computer works like new. My husband's computer also had issues similar to mine. Mike cleaned everything up and gave us some instructions on how to avoid these problems in the future. I strongly recommend Computer Medics. They are very honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable.
