I would recommend them to others. They have always been very fair. I think they are very competent.

The three-man crew arrived on time. They worked steadily for six hours and didn't even take a lunch break. I offered sandwiches, but they wanted to keep working. They were neat and courteous, worked well as a team, and the work they did exceeded our expectations. I watched them seal the last duct to the vent and was amazed at how diligent they were to seal every possible spot for air to leak from the duct. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner and cleaned the carpet below the access to the attic where some insulation had fallen. Carl's is the only a/c company we will ever call for repairs or new equipment. They are awesome!

When conducting the annual heat checkup, tech noted that when new system was installed (4 years ago; different company), some of the duct work was bent at weird angles -- apparently, the previous company decided to just cram duct work into the attic any way they could. The bent duct work was not efficiently pumping heat through the house, which is why the bedroom farthest from the pump was not getting full air flow. The tech said that because of the cramped attic space, they would have to fabricate duct angles then reconnect everything. They also would conduct a air flow test to check for leaks -- if they could reduce leakage enough, we could have part of our cost reduced via a Nevada Power rebate. One week later, the company returned, conducted the flow test -- we were losing a lot of heat into the attic -- and installed the new fabricated duct connections and new duct work. The subsequent flow test showed that our heat loss was significantly reduced, so the company wrote up the bill AND the rebate paperwork so we didn't have to fuss with it. This saved us $200 on the repairs! On top of that, airflow into the back bedroom is greatly increased and we're not freezing in there any more.

Technician arrived as scheduled. Performed repairs in a timely manner. Very polite and courteous. Cleaned up work area once repairs were completed.

They are always good. Anytime I've called them up they've been really good. They were really good people.

The technician came when he was supposed to, and got right to work. He cleaned the furnace and everything seems fine.

Our air conditioning conked out late the Friday afternoon of the Labor Day weekend in Las Vegas (110+ temp). We contacted our home warranty service, who were unable to help out but agreed to reimburse us for hiring a local accredited company based on being able to preapprove the technician's diagnosis and estimate. We checked with our realtor, and with Angie's List, and both recommended Carl's. We called, left a message, and within ten minutes they'd called back and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Dave arrived Saturday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. We called and got preapproval for the repair, and since a part had to be ordered, Dave put a temporary fix on the unit so we had a/c until he could return and install the part. We thought it would take a few days, but he came back first thing Tuesday morning and made final repairs in a jiffy. The only hitch was that the part ended up costing $100 instead of the estimated $75, which we questioned privately. But honestly, getting such great service on a holiday weekend was, to us, worth the cost. Dave couldn't have been nicer, we got through an otherwise sweltering weekend thanks to his skill and expertise, and the warranty company was satisfied; we were reimbursed right away with no hassles. Carl's proactively applied a senior citizen discount and the Angies List special price for the service call to our invoice, for which we are very grateful. We will definitely use Carl's for our future air conditioning and heating service, and we highly recommend this company to others!

They did a great job. They were very professional. The tech was nice enough to top of the refrigerant in the line because it was slightly low and did that at no charge. It wasn't much but it was nice of him to do that. They were very quick. They came out same day within a few hours of me calling. They got the parts and the repair was quick. I was really happy. The price was fair and quality-wise the guys did a great job.

They spent quite a bit of time figuring out why it wasn't working and they were very thorough. They finally determined it was low on the new form of freon. They replaced it and came out the next day to make sure it was working right. They must have spent 3-4 hours out here between the two days, I was really impressed. The interaction was excellent. The office staff was really responsive. I spoke to the older son who runs the business and he was really great and he sent a tech out here to check it out. I think the price was excellent. I have even changed my warranty for the unit over to them.

ANGIE'S LIST WORKS!!! To make a very long story short, I have a condo in Las Vegas that is used as a vacation home. The air conditioning system stopped working during one of the hottest weekends of the year (with temperatures over 115 degrees!!!). I tried getting the unit repaired through a home warranty company (which started late Saturday evening on July 17th) and still had NO AIR CONDITIONING FOUR DAYS LATER (probably due to the fact that a repairman from another company MISDIAGNOSED the problem on Sunday, July 18th, said he needed to order new parts for the outside unit, and NEVER CALLED BACK!!!). I finally checked Angie's List for a Bryant dealer (the brand name on the outside unit), selected Carl's for their previous ratings, and FINALLY HAD AIR CONDITIONING that afternoon!!! My compliments to the repairman, Enrique, who was professional, courteous, and restored my faith that good service can be found today!!

They come out to service our units once a year. They have repaired our units as well; we have never had a problem with them. I am very pleased with there work.

I had three bids; Carl's was $5000 less and they use top of the line equipment. They were very professional. The shop foreman was easy to talk to and was a source of a lot of information.

Carl's Air Conditioning - Sheet Metal provided us with great service. The man that came out was very polite and nice to deal with. Carl's is the one who initially installed the air conditioner. I do have them come out twice a year to inspect it. I am very satisfied with the work that they do. I am really not sure what the price was.

Carl's Air Conditioning-Sheet Metal was a very trustworthy company and I depended on them to keep my units running properly. When they were out to clean and check them over they let me know that everything looked fine and that's why I say I can trust them. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and they were really easy to schedule with also.

Carl's Air Conditioning - Sheet Metal showed up right on time and did a good job. I haven't had any problems with it since the installation. I have also used them in the past and they did a good job then too. They have been in business a long time, they have a good reputation.

They did a good job on my system and the guys were very friendly. I thought their price was very reasonable and they worked efficiently in the short time that they were here.

The technician arrived the day after we called, and went through complete testing to be assured of the problem. He had to go up on the roof, where it was located, and discovered the problem, relatively fast. He had enough experience to repair it in less than an hour, and the system has worked properly ever since. After job was complete, he cleaned the areas where he had been working.
