Description of Work: BND replastered my old swimming pool. It is a work of art. The guys who did the plaster did an excellent job. They replace the steps, lights, fixed the skimmer, etc. At first I thought the price was a little high, but it turned out to be worth every penny spent. |

They came and installed the first one on the outside (into the pool deck) in Summer but we needed to drain the pool to install the second down the steps IN the pool. Being too warm to drain the pool at that time, we waited for the second installation until April. They were easy to deal with, came out and set up drain for pool one day and came back the next day to install the second rail. On both rail installations, they were punctual, pleasant and did a tidy job. We would definitely use them again if we need other pool work. |

Description of Work: I was given 3 names of reputable companies from my weekly pool maintenance service company in the Las Vegas area to plaster my pool, change out the tile, and add an auto-fill. This company, BND, happened to be the lowest quote by approx $500, but this is NOT why I hired them. I hired them because: a) the owner himself came out to my house to review the job and give me the quote, rather than the other 2 who sent slick salesmen out, who tried to up sell me other things which were not needed. b) I read the reviews online and on Angie's list of all 3 and BND had the best reviews all around. They quoted me a 10 day lead time for the job to be done, and it was done perfectly in 5 days. The tile is perfect, the colored plaster perfect, everyone was professional, they were tidy all along the way, and they had a team of sometimes 5-6 so the job was done quickly and professionally. My neighbor has watched the process all along, and she is now hiring them to do her re-plaster and tile. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: My hot tube needed to replastered. They came in one day and chipped out the old plaster. Because of rain it took a couple of days for them to come back and do the plaster. As they said it took one day to prep the tub and another to plaster it.

Description of Work: I contacted B N D Plastering for the last time about four months ago.

Description of Work: We have been in this home for 9 years and our in ground pool and spa has been repaired 3 times due to extremely poor work by the company which originally installed the pool for a previous owner. We hired them for the repairs as they were the only certified company in Las Vegas to do the particular type of plastering that we had. So we were extremely "snake bit" when we decided that our best option was to have the entire pool and spa chipped out to the original gunite. We obtained three estimates and were immensely impressed with BND from our very first contact with them. Everyone: the office staff, schedulers, salesperson (Craig Anderson), plasterers, etc. was amazing! Craig gave us his cell phone number and returned calls quickly. He came out three different times to answer our many questions, again due to our previous dreadful experiences. Once we determined that we were going to have BND do the work, the chip out was scheduled and completed within three days of our signing the contract. The team of workers who came were very polite, more than punctual (they arrived early), and they worked with a professionalism we have seldom seen. The clean up and removal of the old plaster was very thorough. The workers found that the original installers had plastered over two drains - one in the pool and one in the spa. They contacted their supervisor who sent out Nestor, one of the hardest working, conscientious men we have ever had the privilege of knowing. He spent a good 2-3 hours making sure that all the underground lines leading to the now uncovered drains were clean and clear and that the water was running unimpeded between all the lines. We fully expected that there would be an additional charge for this extra work since this unexpected development was not part of the original contract. We were not charged one additional penny for all this work! The day of the plastering, the crew again arrived early and they were amazing in their attention to detail. They even put plastic sheeting down on the street to protect it from the dust, etc. as the plaster was mixed. They communicated with us at each step of the process and answered all our questions. They even re-set some target tiles three times when we weren't certain that we liked the placement. They were most courteous and patient throughout! After everything was completed, the clean up was once again amazing. They even washed down the grass, the sidewalks, and the street to make sure there was no plaster dust anywhere. They turned on the pool to be sure that all the in floor cleaners were flowing clear and went over the written instructions with us in detail, again answering all our questions. Within the next week, I had an extended phone conversation with Jay, one of the owners. He was most generous with his time and again answered my questions. He scheduled Nestor to come out to install the pop-ups for the in floor cleaning system and to paint around the cement that had cured after installation of the hand rails. Nestor again proved his remarkable work ethic and stayed until the entire system was up and running and had gone through two cycles to be certain that all was working properly.

Description of Work: With their sister company, Davis Concrete, they removed plaster, tile, and drains from our pool. They removed old concrete deck coating, repaired damaged/broken concrete in both pool and deck. They recoated the deck and patio and sealed them, retiled the pool and spa, replaced the drains to bring them up to code, and replastered the pool and spa.

Description of Work: BND drained the pool, did a complete chip out of the old plaster, and then applied the new plaster in a 7500 gallon pool and put in 24 tiles on the steps so you can see where they're at.
