Description of Work: Service person arrived about 1 1/2 hours after call was placed. He was friendly, professional and explained problem with AC. Part not available in LV on that day, cost approximately $1,800.00. We discussed many options. I was unable to pay that amount. They did not fix AC. I called again, several days later, to discuss another option related to AC. Spoke with Lynndelle and Todd at length, we explored many more options. Still unable to come up with a solution to my AC problem. Black Mountain Air did not fix my AC. But they were very kind, courteous , helpful and supportive of my problem. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone needing AC service. The definitely went the extra mile for me.
