I couldn’t have asked for a better company to design and build my pool. Nigel was able to design my wife and mine vision the first time. Construction time line was on point, and the workers was clean. They didn’t leave any trash behind. The project manager was in contact with us from the beginning to the end to answer any questions we had during the process. I would recommend Anthony and Sylvan to anyone that wants a high quality pool designed and built.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools did an excellent job! Our project manager, Don Feathers was excellent, very responsive and was there for us throughout the entire project, we can't say enough about Don. Their office staff is also great at responding quickly. They finished the project on time and we were very pleased with the results. We will definitely recommend them.

The sales experience was great, no pressure, a number of options to prolong the life, beauty, longevity, and ease of use via my smartphone. The construction process went as stated in the sales experience. We had a great project manager, Donnie. After the pool was built they sent out a technician for a couple of hours of pool school to help us understand the equipment usage an maintenance of the pool.

I can't say enough good things about Anthony & Sylvan Pools. They helped us design a beautiful pool for our backyard. The process was simple and straightforward. Our foreman Rich was stellar! He kept us informed, answered every question we had, and kept everything on time in spite of a tight time constraint. Melisha in the office is everything you want in someone scheduling and keeping the chaos of a huge project in order. She's on top of all details, professional and a delight to deal with. Without fail, every crew that worked on our pool was top notch and provided quality work. Every person working on our pool clearly took pride in what they do. I have no room for another pool - but if I did Anthony & Sylvan would be building it!

From the start of the project, the service was excellent. I was able to design my pool at my kitchen table which helped me visualize how it would look. When the construction started my Project Manager kept me informed every step of the way. He answered all of my questions promptly and gave me detailed project tasks. And because I traveled, he took care of everything that needed to be completed.

Overall it went great! There were a couple issues along the way that were resolved quickly and to my happiness. We live our pool, we use it often. I had a new pool/spa and a full landscape front and back with Anthony & Sylvan. I would highly reccomend John Busbee in the North LV Office for your pool design needs.

I had Anthony & Sylvan install a pool in my backyard a little over a year ago. Everything from beginning to end was great. My salesman, Dan M. and construction manager, Don F. are great and went above and beyond my expectations. It's been over a year since completion and I love the pool. All my friends and neighbors that have been over are totally amazed by it. It is beautiful. The project was completed in the time promised and when done they cleaned up everything. The only thing I had to do was sit back and relax in my pool when it was done. Anthony & Sylvan also provided Pool School when the pool was up and running. This is a great service and I was told everything I needed to know. They even took pictures of all the valves and where they should be set for normal running and cleaning. If you are thinking about a pool Anthony & Sylvan is the place to go.

We had our pool built in 2016. I wanted to send an updated review on Anthony and Sylvan. I know that many reading my review in 2016 may wonder how the pool is holding up. My family and I have enjoyed a lot of great times in our pool. There was a deck issue in 11/2017, I contacted Anthony and Sylvan regarding a deck issue. I was relieved that none of the numbers were changed, all the project managers number were all the same, and Anthony and Sylvan stood by their warranty guarantee. Anthony and Sylvan stood by their warranty and work…not to mention they absorbed cost to mitigate any further issues with the deck. Anyone reading this review should know it is well worth your hard earned money to go with a branded company with a reputable reputation. There is peace of mind knowing you can make one call and Anthony and Sylvan will take care of the rest. Thank you Donny F; your diligence in customer service does not go unnoticed. Donny always makes himself available despite the demand for his services.

Everything went great. All the workers were great, cleaned up well each day, did a great job. Their design person was absolutely great and also the project manager.

They did it very smoothly and quickly. They did a wonderful job. Very professional, on time, and we had no problem after the pool was installed.

The work was done great, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their pricing I would say is reasonable and fair. Very good responsiveness and very professional. They were always available for inquiries and always responsive for any questions or concerns that we have.

They are outstanding. I'm a first time pool owner so I didn't know anything about pool. The design person that we work with was extremely informative. Told us some of the ideas. The design stage was excellent. The construction was excellent. You could see steady progress because they were coming in. The pool was completed towards the end of December. The whole crew was informative. The installation was impressive. It's worth the cost.

They are a great company to dealt with, great communication, they update me in a daily basis, on time, the quality was great, fair in price, they also follow up after the service, they provided some training, they did a great job and were very pleased with the work.

The service was really good. They explained what the process was. I also liked the supervisor who is very attentive and came out everyday to give daily reports. They have good communication every day by e-mail and phone call for reports.
