Description of Work: We had a rep come out to talk about building a pool. The sales guy spent a few hours talking to us about what we wanted. He was very negative, and never called back with a design or quote. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: I hired them to design and install an in ground pool. There were problems with the design but the Operations Manager Brett took control and made certain the project was completed and we were more than satisfied.

Description of Work: New pool & spa construction with water features & fire pit along with decking and drainage for backyard of residence. Work was done with precision.

Description of Work: They put in an in-ground cement pool with a separate spa and cool deck. They also attached a propane heater and a salt system for the pool. We wanted part of the dirt they excavated to make hills for plants around the pool. They were very pleasant about this and put the dirt where we wanted it with out any hassel. They had to dig a lot of ditches for the plumbing and electrical needs for all of this and when time came to clean up they handled it very well. We had to handle a little of the actual landscaping clean up but it was very little and the area was clean and ready for us. There was very little interruption to our daily lives even when they had to perform the electrical issues.

Description of Work: While I was interested in using them - once they learned that i was looking to do some comparison shopping - they never responded to requests to scope out the site and measure. While we were meeting with them it was hard sell - and somewhat dismissive as if I was a stupid shopper. Very uncomfortable meeting - like being lectured to rather than a discussion.

Description of Work: Anthony Sylvan does great work and has a tight handle on their subcontractors. Their construction standards are about 3 levels above their peers. They went above and beyond for me clearing some pine tree root balls out of my yard. They are not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for.

Description of Work: Built pool and spa with waterfall from spa to pool. Included all cool deck surrounding the pool.The workers of all trades were very prompt and professional. Great attention to detail. Project manager always kept us informed and was responsive to our many questions. Pool was finished on time with no hidden charges. State of the art, remote controlled filter, pump and spa. Very energy efficient.

Description of Work: Anthony & Sylvan were outstanding. They gave us a great design, held to schedule and price, and delivered a beautiful backyard setting. They were slightly more expensive than two other bids, but the personal service, attention to detail, and follow through even at the bid and design stage were so good there was no question who we would use. When doing a $35,000 pool and patio, a reliable vendor is more important than a few dollars on the price. They listened, they performed, and they kept us informed every step of the way. We recommend Anthony & Sylvan to anyone- ANYONE - considering building a pool.

Description of Work: They put in new pool and gutted my whole backyard.They took care of my stamped cement and new patio, all the landscaping. everything was timed so perfect. I had no idea what i was doing,so it was a blessing to have Don Sabino handle all.

Description of Work: They gave us a very high estimate on replacement of replacement of tiles all around the edge of our pool that are chipped from normal use. In the last 7 yrs., we have had to repair or replace high cost items on this underground pool almost every year. Our original installation cost us almost 3 times as much as our neighbors spent on their same size pool with slides, coral, & small mountains, etc. looking much better than ours.
