Everything went very well I was told everything that was going to be done and what it would cost when the job was finished. and i haven't any complaints

The Ambient service man tried to tell us that the leak could be in the lines running from the main house to the casita. My other Mr Fixit says the leak is always in the unit, all you have to do is put the guages on there and determine where the leak is and fix it. He was done in no time and it has been running just fine ever since! He went on to say he had never heard of the stop leak stuff. My husband nearly lost his breakfast at what this guy was trying to do to us! He had been a heat and AC man in one of his life times and what he was saying was absurd. No, don't trust them and won't use them again. Hope they don't firebomb my home. I have had some bad experiences after reviewing doctors and dentists......so I won't be reviewing anything ever again. Technician arrived on time, was courteous, and found no problems.

It went really well, They were here within an hour which was nice and they were really fast.

It did not go so well. We had a situation and asked them to come out. We had an annual contract with them but they came out and told us it would cost $500 to do an evaluation of the heating system. We decided not to do that. We went with a different company who came out and fixed the problem. I would not have Ambient come out again. They had come out in the past and put the wrong air filter and did not check to see that the furnace was attached properly.

The service went very well and has always been good. I liked the young gentleman that came out to do the work. They came out and fixed the problem and also checked the rest of the system. We have had no problems since.

They were willing to come out to my home even though they’re very far from where I live. They were a little bit high-priced and on the high-pressured sales side, but the experience with them was okay overall.

After paying outrageous bill, unit died perhaps 4 min. after tech left. Call and somehow he got it going... lasted for less than a month..found another licensed pro and their techs removed a green moldy pump (installed by Ambient for outrageous price) which was sole problem. I never used them again. The tech who showed was utterly snide and rude but it was a holiday and put up with his attitude solely because it was hot. About 2010 was going to buy heat pump from Home Depot until I discovered they soley use this firm for installation.(Ambient Air). Despite this one of the managers came out and I discussed my 7/4/08 experience and he called the office to verify. This partner was from WA.State office and apologized for incident. Due to their rotten service, Ambient Air's other partner called me back(unsolicited) about heat pump. He was rude and local and I asked if the tech who had ripped me off in 08 had been talked to. Surprisingly, this manager(brother of first) defended his technician and told me this guy was best in the shop and that I lied about using old parts. I hung up on him and strongly suggest anyone who wants to avoid being savagely ripped off not do business with this firm.

I called for their annual air conditioner service that claimed to save me more than the $89 cost. Brian performed the service very professionally and I hope the hot season performance will be excellent.

Brian did a very nice job. He was so nice that we told him to come back in the fall. Very efficient and made us feel really comfortable. I would highly recommend them to other people.

they gave a sales presentation that was A+. answered all questions even tho some might have seemed basic! arrived on time - great guys working - went above and beyond working with the roofing people - I can not say enough good about this company. have had them back for regular check-up - arrive on time - answer questions - they are great.

I have faithfully used Ambient Edge since the company was formed several years ago. They are, without any hesitation, the best in the business. They have high standards related to on going training of their technicians, quality of service, promptness, and honesty. In two words, they are "the best"! There are many businesses in this area that could learn what excellent customer service is really about from Ambient Edge.

Air conditioner was not keeping house cool. After a day of remaining above 77 degrees (with thermostat at 73) called Ambient Edge. They thought a serviceman was in the area and could be at our house in 1/2 hour. As they had the wrong address, they called back and someone could be there in approx. 1 1/2 hrs. Despite it then being after 5, I was assured I would not be charged an after hrs. rate and they would absorb the tech's overtime as it was their error. In approx. 1 hr. Don showed up and explained what he found, the options, and cost for all services. He made recommendations but left decisions to us. He was professional, thorough, explained the whole cooling and air flow system of the house, and made sure we were satisfied. I felt the price was fair for service and included in stated amount was a 2X/year preventative maintenance (Edge Assurance) plan which we felt would be appropriate given this our winter home. We have same service in northern home for a very similar price. While our initial inquiry was via the yellow pages, the advertisement came true in terms of price and customer service. Very comfortable and happy with this business and will use again in the future.
