Planning on referring my brother to as he has just purchased a home here.

That was great. I was really pleased that he didn't try and sell me anything. I have not used him before. I thought he did a pretty thorough job. A friend of mine who used to build houses was here at the time and he was talking to him, and he agreed that he did a really good job. I didn't have any issues before. It was just that I knew I needed to have it done. They were very responsive. I called to find out, because sometimes with the Big Deals, the Las Vegas companies charge extra to come to Boulder City. So I called before I bought the deal and they got back to me within half an hour. This is a really good company.

If it needs a little bit of oiling, they will do that and so forth. They just tend to keep the air conditioner and the heating system in pretty good shape.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I thought they did a good job. They were honest and gave me a list of other services they provided. They did not try to sell any of it, they just offered it as information. Their price was good.

They were very thorough and respectful. They were on time. They really respect your house. They did a very good job.

At first we used an angie's list special with them to check out the units. The service rep was very nice. He said we needed new units which is what we expected to hear. The units were old. Next week Aaron came out to discuss what our options were. He was very professional & polite. Everything went smoothly during install and after. I did notice on angie's list that offer a 5% senior discount which was never mentioned to us. This review won't let me list the amount of the purchase which was over $15,000.00.

Furnace had built-in timer circuit malfunctioning. Repaired.

They did an inspection and tune-up on our heating and AC system most recently. We’ve been very happy with them and they’re very polite. We live way out from town and appreciate them coming all the way out to see us.

I asked the service man if I could watch him service my furnace. He said "sure" and even explained what steps he would do. Very nice and appeared proficient in his inspection. He took time to fix a small problem that I could not do. He was running a little late for the appointment and called to tell me. Would use them again.

It went fine. He was on time and called to let me know he was on his way. introduced himself and explained what he was going to do.

I am happy with their service. They have been professional. They are competent but they were expensive. They were on time and called before they got here. The prices are my only complaint. I did appreciate that they did not try to sell me anything I did not need.

It was super easy to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out that same week. They called ahead and arrived on time. He was very nice and professional. The technician did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. He explained to us about our system and what to look out for in the future. He also gave us advice on how to properly maintain the unit. The work went real well.

We’ve had them several times for the last six years and they have always been excellent. They have always cleaned up well after themselves and left no mess behind. They also arrive when they say they will. We like that they guarantee their work and live by it.

My house in Mt Charleston, NV, has three Trane propane furnaces. They had not been serviced in a number of years and one did not function properly. I chose Ambient Edge to service the furnaces because they listed themselves as Trane specialist on Angies List . Their price for furnace tuneups was on the high side($129 each) , but I wanted someone familar with Trane products. Technician Brian Asbjorn serviced the three furnaces and identified the problem on the one that did not work properly. He came back about a week later after obtaining the necessary parts and made the repair. The furnace works properly now. Mr Asbjorn knows what he is doing. i

THE AIR CONDITIONER IS IN A RESIDENTIAL RENTAL. LANDLORD WAS OUT OF STATE, WHEN TENANT CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE AIR CONDITIONER NOT WORKING. LANDLORD HAD USED AMBIENT EDGE ON PERSONAL HOME, AND HAD BEEN SO IMPRESSED BY PREVIOUS SERVICE THAT THEY FELT THEY COULD TRUST AMBIENT EDGE TO TAKE CARE OF THE RENTAL PROPERTY IN THEIR ABSENSE. THE AIR CONDITIONER HAD FROZEN UP BECAUSE THE AIR FILTER HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED BY THE TENANT, AS REQUIRED IN THE LEASE. AMBIENT EDGE'S SERVICEMAN EXPLAINED TO TENANT THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING THE AIR FILTER CLEAN.

The technician Donnie Sommers was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I called Ambient Edge and the friendly person who answered the phone said that the service man was out in our area right now. She contacted him and he was here within an hour to fix our A/C which had gone out the previous day. It was very important to us since the temperature had been predicted to go over 100 + that day and the next was expect to be over 111 degrees. The price was very fair and the replacement part was quickly installed. We even had a discount coupon which he honored for $25.00 and in addition he gave us a form for Angies List to save 40% if we joined. We had joined previously and had gotten a 20% discount so it was not necessary. Very happy with all the references and the workmanship. We will call them again. In fact our handyman said he would recommend them to his customers because we were so pleased.

They are exceptionally competent and thorough from start to finish. This is the only company we will deal with in the future.

They always make sure the unit is running and in good shape. I like the fact that they come in and get everything done and then reassure me everything is ok.

All excellent service - pointed our A/c concerns (fan motor surge protector, voltage monitor) was not head selling.

My only concern was that the service tech stated that I should replace my motor started capacitor because it was leaking oil. He wanted $89 to do that. Being familiar with electrical motor I knew I could replace it for much less so I did not have the work done. Today, 2 days later, I opened the unit to get the part number from the capacitor(s). I found that neither was leaking. Both looked brand new. I am concerned that the service man was trying to replace a part that did not need it. I fairness I have to admit I did not check the output voltage of the capacitors, but only looked for leakage.

Had solar screens installed in rear of house last fall. Liked so wanted the same solar screens in front of house. Office staff always friendly and helpful. After windows were measured, Debbie called with the quote and go-ahead.

Went very well. The technical specialist JEFF WILSON is an excellent example for Ambient Edge..He was excellent!

Arrived on time. called before arrival,which i like, explained in detail everything he did to the furnace.

We had three bids from local TRANE dealers and were about to make a decision. We then received a flyer in the mail from Ambient. Checked them out on Angie's list and decided to get a fourth bid. Ambient was much higher but when I showed them the other bids they agreed to beat the price. They did an incredible job and a great follow up. Very professional and nice to deal with.

The technician was on time was very professional did not make a mess, i would recommend Carlos from ambient EDGE.
