Description of Work: They recharged our A/C unit. They had replaced the fan motor the summer before and are always very punctual and very professional although a bit pricey. I Would highly recommend using them again.

Description of Work: found a lightening strike fried the heating side of our rooftop unit. Had to order parts, put a rush on it, as the temps were low that week. Came on Wed afternoon, returned as promised Fri am. Replaced needed parts double check unit. Left. Joe called them back, they came back immediately and re-checked house temp. as it continued to rise after he left and thermostat was set lower than temp. House temp. was up from earlier, just hadn't finished adjusting yet. We were quite satisfied with the work and the worker. We like companies who's people do what they say they are going to do. Still not sure the original thermostat is correctly registering the temp.

Our system has had a long life (1980 or earlier) and is still working well. Tech did NOT try to sell us a new and improved system. We appreciated his honesty. I would definitely consider And recommend Ambient for regular services or to purchase a new system when the time comes.

Description of Work: The tech showed up on time and found that the blower motor on the forced air unit was failing. He recommended the motor be replaced. The tech said that he would have to travel to a Bullhead City supply house and pick-up a new motor. Later that afternoon he arrived back with the new motor, dismantled my blower, removed and replaced the failing motor, and did the reassembly. I am a retired pipefitter and have 46 years in the industrial piping and HVAC industry. This tech knew his trade and was a professional. Taking that into account, I also purchased a one year maintenance agreement with Ambient Edge to keep my HVAC equipment up to pare.

Description of Work: They provided me with an estimate for a new AC unit. I will also be hiring them to close my swamp cooler. They are very reliable and professional company. They gave me a good window of time for the appointment and they arrived punctually. The experience turned out well.

Description of Work: did not use this provider after I got cost estimates on the phone. They wanted $60 for a service call, $179 for new thermostat that was just a non-programable type that cost about $25 at Home Depot, and $100 an hour to put it in. So I had the wife call a handyman we had a card and he put it in after she bought it at Home Depot as I was out of town. Total cost $65

Description of Work: Inspection: Follow up on the detailed nature of some perceived possible future problems was almost non existent at first. Several calls by me were required. However, once I got in contact with the appropriate person, a very fruitful discussion ensued during which the person in question said that there was no urgency in the repair and while there was a possibility of additional costs if the parts failed, that was unlikely, and I could probably safely wait. ONE INTERESTING NOTE. THIS WEB SITE EDITOR SUCKS AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!! I would recommend this company
