Description of Work: Their estimate was exactly the same when they complete the job. Gave me a date they would do the two gates and was done same day. They were very professional, gates look awesome and they cleaned up the area before leaving. Great Job!!!

Description of Work: Can't remember the date of last contact but it took forever to return our call with a quote....weeks! So when they called back we told them that the work was already preformed by another company! They didn't seemed to disappointed with an reply..."oh, ok, bye".

Description of Work: They installed a very small enclosure in our backyard out of PVC fencing materials. On time, professional, and great service and product.

Description of Work: I had 24 feet of redwood privacy fence that was leaning over due to two broken 4x6 posts knocked over by heavy winds. I had used Tahoe Fence in the past and was completely satisfied with their work. I called and got Mark Mellow to come out for the bid and requested the same kind of repairs I had done the last time. This included new wood all around, because as I was told the last time "the old wood was too brittle and needed to be replaced", which I was fine with, and metal posts (Postmasters) for reinforcement of the 4x6 posts. Mark told me they were about 3 weeks out on when work would start and he would email a bid in a couple of days. Then things started to unravel. The bid didn't look right. I called and spoke to Mark's brother, Chad. Based on the quote, it appeared Mark was only going to brace the broken 4x6 posts, not replace them. So I got a revised bid. About three weeks later, heavier winds hit the area and now the three sections of fence were on the ground. After five weeks of not hearing anything, I called to see when I might get on their schedule and was told they should be able to get some guys out at the end of the week. The laborers showed up on time, did the work in record time and cleaned up the area, but they re-used most of the old fence material. I had thought they were replacing all the wood, based on the notations on the bid I signed off on, which is what I wanted. On the last job I had been told that I would be charged less if they were able to re-use boards, so I asked the crew. They didn't know about that, so I called the office, who also didn't know about this, but would make note of it. When I got the bill two weeks later it was for the full amount. The entire experience this time was very disappointing, managed poorly, and I will look for someone else next time I need fence repair.

Description of Work: Replaced aluminum fencing and gate ruined by bears with plastic coated chain link fencing.
