They were punctual and professional. They said it would take two days and it took two days. Very happy with the results.

These guys were great. From the office staff, to the estimator, to the installation they were top notch. They responded quickly and accurately and expeditiously. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. I had a fence installed on a new property, while I was 3000 away on the opposite side of the country. Nerve wracking to not be there to make sure it was being done exactly where and how I wanted. But the communication was very good with the entire team and that they got it 100% right. I was really impressed. I don't know if they are the cheapest fence company in the area, but I'd certainly consider them worth every penny and then some.

The quality of the fence they built for me was excellent. They used beautiful materials and they a really good job. They did what I wanted and followed through with that. The only problem was it took them a very long time to complete the job but I can understand that because it was winter time and there are very few staff during that period. I think they do a beautiful, professional job.

Not well, I contacted the company & left a message, I received a return phone call from the receptionist, she stated she would pass on the information to whom ever was in charge of performing the estimates. Instead of arranging a time to come by the house someone randomly called & showed up in my yard taking measurements of the fences & gates I wanted repaired. I was surprised to see someone in my yard.

I asked them to assess the damaged fence and give me an estimate using any usable wood and evaluating whether or not the remaining fence needed fixing due to stress or rot. They did an excellent job. I will use them again.

I also got a quote from a competitor for a higher cost than what Tahoe was going to charge for the same exact work; the competitor also was not as prompt in scheduling an appointment as Tahoe was. They were prompt and professional and provided a very detailed quote with diagrams and photographs. They were totally available to answer any questions I had about the estimate after I had received it. I have yet to have the fence repaired, though I am still considering using Tahoe.

They fixed our fence so our dogs wouyldn't get out. because we had dogs, and so do they, they put us at the top of their list. Their price was VERY good for the work.

Exceed expectations. This was a relatively small job for Tahoe Fence but they treated us as if we were their biggest customer. The posts needed to be placed in a full garden and they were very careful not to damamge any of the plants. The estimate came within a day and the repair was scheduled and done in a timely and very professional manner. The new post braces are unobtrusive and solid as can be. I would definitely them for a larger project if one arises and gladly recommend them.

We had some delay and miscommunication establishing a start date, although I must add that they were diligent about not depositing the down payment until the work actually began. The work was sporadic; some days they showed up, some days they did not, and communication was not very forthcoming unless we called them. They claimed there were delays in receiving the needed materials (wood for a fence?). The crew that did the work was courteous and professional. They were flexible about minor changes. When the project was finished, albeit somewhat later than originally planned, we were (are) very pleased with the final product.

I believe Tahoe Fence is a good company; however, I was disappointed in the responsivenss. I was unhappy with the delays to starting and finishing the work. Nevertheless, the office staff was very nice and helped diffused a difficult situation. The work was not completed according to the design, but the owner very quickly responded and had the work completed correctly very quickly after I notifed him. I am happy with the finished product.

My husband went online and got estimates from several different fence companies. Tahoe Fence Co Inc was the one that we went with. It was quality work at a reasonable price. They did a really good job. We would use them again in the future.

They did a wonderful job. Their price was good. They charged around $3400 for installing the fence and that was quite less than the other provider that we got quote from. They were pretty professional, but they didn't get to us on time. Actually, they said would call us, but they didn’t call, as they were little busy. Overall, the work was really well done. If there is a need, we would use them again in the future too.

Our fence blew over during a wind event that took out a lot of fences in the Reno and fanned a major fire that took out a lot more fencing. The demand on fencing services was extremely high. I called three fencing companies, and only Tahoe Fence Co. would give me an appointment for someone to come out and give an estimate. The others said they would have someone come by when they were doing a job in our area. Chad, from Tahoe Fence Co., came out to give the estimate. I asked about steel reinforcement and he directed me to a product that had an informative web site. He set up bids for using new or old fence material and with or without the steel reinforcement. I got those bids back in about three days. I settled on new wood and steel reinforcement on the posts. New wood was only slightly more expensive than using the old boards, because (and he was right) after you pry all of the old boards apart, only a small fraction of it is useable. Most of it is split or damage beyond practical use. I was told that their lead time on repairs was about three weeks, that team of guys would come out to remove the downed fence, dig out the old posts, anchor new posts in concrete and then they would come back in a few days after the concrete had had a chance to set up (due to freezing temperatures). A little less than three weeks from my acceptance of the bid, I got a call advising when exactly the crew would be out to start. The crew performed the work quickly, cleaned everything up and then left. They were back in about three days to complete the work. I did a inspection with the lead and once again they had cleaned up the work site and left. They did a very nice job. The people at the office were always helpful and easy to talk to. They kept their appointments, did what they said they would do, and gave good advice.

Tahoe Fence Company was prompt in coming out to give us an estimate. They even broke it down into north side and south side. Then when I wanted to change colors and styles, they altered the estimate to reflect that. We would have signed the contract except that our neighbors did not want us to tear down the old fence and install a wrought iron "see through" fence. When I called to let them know we were not going to perform the work, they were very understanding and said they would keep the bid and measurements on file in case we changed our mind at a future date.

I received 3 bids to do this job. Tahoe Fence follwed up with not only pictures of my fencing options but pictures of existing fences and gates. Extremely helpful explaining my options and provided numerous references. They were the most professional and helpful contractor I have dealt with in a long time. Great job at a very fair price and superb service, waht else could you ask for. Would definitly use them again and am now on their reference list.
