Description of Work: Summit cleaned the all but the bedroom carpets. By far the best experience and professionalism we've seen with local carpet cleaners. Only down side is they are more expensive than anyone else but the positive, they have been by far the best we've had clean our house. Will use everytime.

Description of Work: Didn't do everything they contracted for. Had to come out a second time and still missed things. Didn't do a good job of explaining what was going to happen and the level of inconvenience we would be subject to. They may have been overwhelmed by the size of the job. They need to institute some type of quality checking; at the end of every job, someone from their firm should verify that everything has been done that was contracted for, and that everything was done correctly and completely.

+ 0 moreHe is very good and does good work, but he is very very expensive. Couple of years ago I also had them clean and sanitize all the tile in our house, countertops, the floors, the bathrooms and everything and they did a great job, but it was almost like $1000. He has to travel back as far probably about 40 miles from where he lives. I probably would use them again because I trust them and I think he is very very honest.
Description of Work: We used Summit Carpet Care within the last month. They cleaned two 6 feet runners and they cleaned a leather recliner.

+ 0 moreThe technician called to say he was on his way on the day of the appointment, and he arrived shortly after. He reviewed with me what was to be cleaned, and he explained their method of cleaning. He identified the areas of the carpet that needed spot cleaning, and then went to work on the carpet. Both the carpeting and the upholstery looked great when the job was finished. The tech was personable and professional. I was very happy with the entire process and with job.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in 3 bedrooms and living room, upholstery cleaning on 6 kitchen chairs and sofa.

+ -1 moreI came about this service through the yellow pages. I raised my nieces here and I had not had my carpet cleaned professionally for 8.5 years. The Summit guy came in and cleaned my carpet. He never once made fun of me or put me down. He literally almost raised an eyebrow one day when he found out how long it had been. I cleaned it myself but not very well. It had spots. Not real bad. But it's a white carpet. There was one spot near the kitchen. He got the spot and he told me what to do. He gave me all this advice and stuff. He gave me a book he has written. He showed me how to clean spots. He came back a week later because some of the spots had come back and almost did the whole thing again. He was great. I would use him again. He is very professional.
