The company provided the best carpet cleaning experience I have had in the thirty years that I have owned my home. They called me a day before their visit and then called just before they arrived. They were punctual, informative, and very professional. There are stains on the carpet that I was certain would not come out (I have pets, so that says it all), and they disappeared with the care the technicians gave to their removal. I am using them again next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Ok. The cleaners gave me an oversight of their services and then cleaned the carpet. They went a too fast. My carpet has cleaning lines in it where they didn't seem to go over the lines.

Not you stereotypical carpet care company. These people were prompt, profeesional and did an excellent job. We will be using them in the future.

They did a great job but, they were very expensive.

The service providers were punctual. They walked through the house took measurements and insured exactly what we wanted performed, then they gave their estimate. Once everything was agreed on they started to set-up and began cleaning the carpet. Steve the owner stopped by and explained some steps in detail and answered some questions. He watched his team perform their tasks and gave some direction if needed. During the cleaning Steve even took time to explain cleaning approaches to different types of textures and how each had their individual requirements. Rather interesting the guy knows his stuff when it comes to types of manufactured textiles and even furniture clothes and leathers. Steve has been in the business for many years, interesting enough not because there is money to be made, because he likes it. Imagine a guy doing something he likes, understands, and he performs it well; takes pride in cleaning rugs, furniture, and all types of textiles Wow. When they completed the task I looked it over, felt it, and inspected it. Looked good, felt clean, and they got it all. So, yes I'm going to call them again and yes I do recommend them.

Summit arrived on time and on schedule. Their office called the day prior to reconfirm the appointment. The crew called along the way to say they would be arriving on schedule. The owner showed up with two technicians. The first thing they all did was put on shoe protectors; then the owner, Stephen, showed his assistants the items to be cleaned. Stephen had been the one to give me my bid, so he knew "the couch". They moved the coffee table and Stephen explained what was going to be done. Before beginning to clean the sectionals and the ottoman, Steve and the guys put down tarps to protect my slate floors and carpets which had recently been cleaned, from any residue from the hoses. Next he made sure that all the equipment was operating just the way he wanted it for the raw cotton. Stephen explained that just the right amount of water needed to be used or the cotton could be ruined. First they vacuumed all the components, the bases, the seat cushions and the back cushions, all over and in all directions. When they began to clean the couch it was immediately apparent that their cleaning was going to make a huge difference! Our sectional couch was very dirty and had never been cleaned and now it was looking like new. I was so thrilled at how my sectionals looked after being cleaned. that I bought the MicroSeal for another $750. Normally I would only do something like that on new furniture but this cleaning was so good that I wanted to keep it that way. Summit came at 11 am and did not leave until 3;30 pm. Procedure was being explained and demonstrated though out the cleaning. Three men, using two hoses, took their time and did an excellent job. Everything from our entrance walkway to the couch itself was spotless. All the hoses had been carefully removed and the tarps folded so as not to spill anything out on the floors. All the workers were so professional, friendly and caring, it was a joy to have them in our home. They did some free carpet "corrections"for me that I am still waiting on the other carpet company to come back and do. The difference is impressive.(I took before and after photos of the carpet corrections, wish I had on the sectional couch)The next time I clean our carpets, I shall use Summit Cleaning - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR WITH SUMMIT! In short, I used Summit Cleaning for upholstery cleaning and learned a lot. Summit Cleaners may not be the cheapest, but I do believe they are the best!

They came on a timely and gave us an estimate. Then came a few days later and cleaned the carpets. We were very pleased both with job done on the carpets and with the person who gave us the estimate and the people who came to did the cleaning. They all called before coming to let us know they were on their way both for doing estimate and the cleaning. We will definitely use them again.

We are very pleased with the results of all services. Mike and Josh did the cleaning and were very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They called about 1/2 hour prior to arrival to let us know they would be there. They were delayed getting to our house because of a previous job and called to let us know they would be a little late. Not a problem at all. The oriental rugs were removed from our home and cleaned in their plant, returned to us at a later date. All furniture was moved as necessary and moved back in place. The owner Stephen came to give us the estimates on all services and then scheduled the work to be done within our schedule. Stephen returned when the rugs were delivered and answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the work. We will definately use them again.

Technicians Josh and Michael arrived on time (actually early; they had called due to finishing another home early to see if they could come earlier). They reviewed the process and pricing with me again and got started on the work. First they pre-treated all areas then rinsed and steamed (or used very hot water) to clean the carpets, then followed with the protectant and a raking. During the process, they discovered two places where presumably a pet had urinated at some point (I had never smelled it, but they explained the cleaning process could "draw out" stains and smells). I was surprised since I do not have a pet and was told when I purchased the house last year that the carpet was new. Needless to say, I was that much happier to have called Summit to clean my carpets - I now feel confident that the carpets are free of anything my husband or I, or anyone or anything prior may have left in the carpets. Josh and Michael were very professional and polite and answered all my questions. They also left a bottle of carpet spot remover behind and said if there were any issues with the carpet to give them a call and they would come back to fix it. I highly recommend Summit Cleaning.

It was very good. When I had a spot come back, they came back and didn’t charge me anymore. They were very good. They put on booties over their shoes and they were just very nice. I’ve already recommended them to a couple of people. They were thorough and fast. The rugs dried just in no time like totally overnight. They are just excellent. I would recommend them to anybody.

Stephen contacted me and arrived within ten minutes of his call. We discussed what work was to be done and they started working. The carpets, tile and chairs look great. Stephen explained what he was doing throughout the entire time. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism. We will definately be using them in the future. They are more expensive than the $150, 5 rooms and a hall deal, but it was well worth the it. I have used the others and I feel confident now that our carpets, chairs and tile are clean and sealed for protection.

The team that arrived at my home were extremely professional. They provided me with a folder of information and knowledgeably explained how they were going to treat my rugs. They also left me a bottle of spot remover for future accidents and warranted the spot resistance of the rugs for 6 months. Likely because it was raining at the time, when they first set down their equipment on my rug, it left a spot. They immediately started up their cleaning equipment and quickly removed the spot before proceeding with the protector application, carefully inspecting the rug to insure that there was not a "clean spot" showing on an otherwise new rug. Best rug cleaning/protector experience I've ever had. Will definitely call on them when it is time to clean these rugs and re-apply the protector.

They did a great job. They cleaned the rooms on separate occasions; the price was higher because we could not have the carpets cleaned at the same time. They were extremely thorough and professional. The owner was very approachable and is a carpet master. He understands the stains and was able to get a stain out from my dog throwing up which was difficult to remove. They are able to inform and advise you of what products to use on your carpets. He really knows what he is doing, my only complaint was that it was expensive but you do get what you pay for.
