"So far not so great. We had 5 windows installed on 12/31 and the job was not great. Each of the windows have a noticeable breeze coming in through the trim work (some leaking worse than the original window in its place). This in itself was just the start. They have been a nightmare to contact. We made several attempts through phone and email over two days, once being transferred 4 times before that rep tried texting our rep with zero success. It wasn't till we escalated higher that they finally got in contact. So far this has been a poor start to contract that we will be paying for many years. (Edit - Reduced to 1 Star. As we were told we would hear from the service team and after giving another two days there has still been no communication and no manager has reached out to us either, though the response from Andersen stated one would reach out ASAP. The lack of communication is severely disappointing. Finally had the team come a month later 1/31/25 drywall damaged during removal.) (Edit 2 - Wish I could take away the single remaining star. This company is so beyond incompetent and unprofessional. They do not care about their customers and continue to provide zero service. Today 3/1/2025 two months after install we were supposed to have the drywall repaired from the damage done on reinstall. The contractor never showed, never reached out and there was zero way for us to contact anyone within the company. After many attempts through email and phone we are left with no confidence that this will ever be fixed. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO DESTROY YOUR HOME!)"

I needed a new retaining wall after having a new leech field installed at my Tijeras home. He was able to come out soon after I reached out look at my needs. He went above and beyond in reaching out to a structural engineer to ensure it would be built in the most sound way. The work started right on time and finished sooner than expected! Nora was so kind in sending me daily updates and pictures of the progress which soothed my worried mind as I was not able to be at the property during the process. The crew left the site clean and tidy and I am beyond pleased with the results. It looks amazing! The the cherry on top was a very reasonable price for such a large job. Thank you Nora and your crew for making this experience smooth and easy and downright enjoyable! I can't thank you enough and I can't recommend your company enough!"
