Description of Work: We called to get our water tanks and plumbing checked for the winter and they did a good job. However, they ran into something they didn't quite understand and, appropriately, called in outside help for the issue. However, that added hours to the cost making quite expensive.

Hi [removed member info], and thank you for the work. I'm sorry to see that you would not hire me again as I found a problem with your boiler I had not seen before. You have a very high tech computerized boiler that was locked out in the control meaning it would not come on. I called the factory to see if they would help but after 40 minutes I gave up and went to Dahl heating department to find out what was going on. They had not seen that error code ether but were able to get in to the factory and they told me how to reset the computer by entering a code and resetting your unit. This was just what we go though in the field sometimes as heating systems get more and more complicated to be more efficient. I am one of the highest rated plumbing companies in the nation. If you want, I will refund your money as I care more about my reputation than I do the money. Please call me 505 470 3030.
