Description of Work: Very prompt and efficient fixing the dryer - had replacement part with him. Work to adjust refrigerator not so good - had told him about freezing in fridge part - he made adjustment to "normal" setting and everything from crisper on was frozen next morning - lost a lot of veggies. Have turned down temp and now all is well. Also - must have gotten e-mail wrong and we did not get a receipt - called and left message but no return. Would use for dryer in future but not fridge.

Description of Work: Leroy, the owner of the company, called me right back to schedule an appointment and discuss the problem I'd been having with my dryer. He came the following day and diagnosed the problem as a broken heating element, then fixed it on the spot. Everything works great now.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a faulty timer in my Gaggenau dishwasher. Said he would order a new one. I didn't hear anything for weeks, and when I called him, he asked for the model # again. Said he hadn't heard back from his parts supplier. I went online and found a part and emailed URL to him. He said we needed another part, v. expensive. I ordered the one he recommended and paid for it myself. When it arrived he said it was the wrong part. I returned the part, went online and did more research, called Gaggenau and several parts suppliers recommended by them. They said part is no longer available, so I had to get a new dishwasher.

Description of Work: Replaced a water intake valve on a washer

Description of Work: The repairman came to look at the stove and tried his hardest to get it to malfunction...which it did not. Without something wrong to fix, the repairman left.

Description of Work: Fixed leaks in dishwasher (replaced door seal & cleaned the unit) and refrigerator (replaced connector where hose enters fridge). Leaks stopped. We are satisfied with the speed and effectiveness of the fixes.

Description of Work: My Amana oven started flipping the circuit breaker intermittently. Mr. Vargas came to my house to check it out. At the time it worked, so he couldn't find anything. When I still had the problem, he thought it might be some relays in the oven. These parts were unavailable because the oven was too old. He checked for other possibilities with Amana technicians, and they said it might be the breaker. So at his suggestion I had the breaker replaced and the oven now works fine. So his suggestion saved me over $1000 to purchase and install a new oven. I recommend him entirely.
