This is how you do it. I found the repairmen to be knowledgeable and able to solve the problem quickly. I highly recommend them.

Leroy, the owner, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and arrived on time. He explained the problem and had the necessary part with him. I was pleased with the total cost of the repair.

The repair person was scheduled for the next day after I called. There was a three hour window provided. He arrived within that time and called about 15 minutes before arriving. He confirmed my diagnosis of the problem. He had a replacement heating element in his van and completed the repair in about one hour. He was very courteous and professional.

Leroy just left and I really wanted to say how professional and NICE he was! He'll be back on Wed to fix my washer once the parts come in. He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong, the parts needed and the cost. I just wanted to let ppl know how happy I am with the service, including communications so far and look forward to using this company in the future if need be.

The technician diagnosed the problem as being a failed thermostat within about 5 minutes. Had to oder the part and returned 5 days later to install it and check out the oven's function. Arrived both times within the set time window and was very courteous and professional.

Leroy, the owner of Premier Appliance, diagnosed the problem as a circuit board issue. He gave us a rough estimate of the cost to replace and we decided to go ahead. He had to special order the part and it was about a week before it arrived. Unfortunately, the first appointment to replace the board was cancelled due to a medical issue for us. We were told to call back when ready, which we did a couple of weeks later. Leroy was able to schedule us within a week and arrived as promised with a brief phone call prior to his arrival. The new board was installed in about 30 minutes and the final bill was well within his previous estimate. Leroy was his usual polite and professional self throughout this elongated event. Given that he was holding an expensive circuit board while waiting for us to call and reschedule the appointment, his patience was much appreciated. We will definitely use Premier again if a need arises.

Leroy was prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional. He explained in detail what was wrong, and how he would repair it. I will definitely call him for any future appliance problems.

Went very smoothly, pleasant experience.

After speaking to Leroy by phone and it was determined that a drain kit was going to be needed to fix my refrigerator. Leroy advised that he would order and then call me when the drain kit came in. Despite a few followups messages to get a status on when the kit was expected to arrive, Leroy has never returned my calls. I will now call another repair company. Based on other reviews, if you can get him to come out for repairs, it's a good experience. However based on the lack of response after initial contact, it seems he doesn't need any new business. It would be great to have known that upfront as it's been a few weeks now and the fridge problem has gotten worse.

Leroy called back instantly, arrived within the window we had agreed upon, went right to work and fixed the leak in the washer. I would definitely recommend him.

Called first thing in the morning because my freezer had thawed. Left message & call back number, but was never called back. So glad I called another repair service, where I also left a message on a recording. That company returned my call within about 2.5 hours. Ultimately got the thing fixed on the same day, but Premiere never bothered to return my call. Will not call them again.

Steve had to go back for a part after he arrived, but basically charged us for 3 hours time, when he was occupied with our system for 4 hours.

The repair was never performed, and Leroy did not return calls

"The repair person arrived easily within the time frame agreed upon. I showed him the situation with the dishwasher and he went to work immediately. He demonstrated professionalism as he progressed through the work, showed me what he was doing, etc. He was friendly, chatted a little but moved swiftly through the task at hand. When completed, we discussed the price for the job. I found him easy to work with and had no qualms about what he asked as I was given quotes by other companies in excess of 30% of what he asked. He cleaned everything up, check to ascertain the dishwasher was working properly, etc. I paid him and he left with a kind "thank you" and "goodbye." If the occasion should arise, I will not hesitate to use his service again. I recommend him highly.

I called the day before. He actually answered the phone. He came the next day, had the part in his truck, fixed it. I was very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend him.

I called Premier on Tuesday morning and received a call back early in the afternoon. An appointment was scheduled for the next day between 1 and 3 PM. Leroy (the owner) arrived around 2:30 and proceeded to inspect the dryer. He determined that the heating element was faulty, checked his inventory and found a replacement. After sharing the cost involved ($100 for part and $100 for labor) he installed the replacement element and completed all cleanup within an hour. Leroy was very professional and friendly, chatting with me as he completed the work. He shared that the element probably failed prematurely (dryer is four years old) and that we should have the dryer vent inspected and possibly cleaned.

We never heard from him again.

Leroy is very professional and punctual, and repaired water leaks and tubing problems with a newer model Whirlpool refrigerator. Highly recommended.

The repairman has never come back with parts or contacted us. The phone number always go to voice mail.

Did not end up using this provider as they are difficult to get ahold of. Every time we called either got VM or a busy signal, they did call back once after submitting a request for contact online which took almost 24 hours. When trying to call back they failed to answer or had busy signals. wasted 2 days trying to get ahold of them.

They were on time, very professional and friendly. Diagnosed the problem, and gave us a quote, replaced the part which they had on board, and were in and out in 45 minutes. We are VERY satisfied with their service

His professionalism and honesty was refreshing.

He came when he said he would. Leroy was very courteous and came across as being extremely competent at what he does. He had the part necessary, explained the reason for its existence, and made the change-out of the part in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.

Both times, I scheduled an appointment for service, and he was right on time. The appliances were fixed right the first time, and the price was very reasonable. For the refrigerator, he had to order a part and return. He would not charge me for the first visit--he would only charge me after he had returned and fixed the problem. The service person was very courteous and friendly, and explained the problems to me. I have had several appliance repair companies out over the last 8 years, and this one is definitely the best I have had. I would highly recommend Premier Appliance.
