Description of Work: I left a voice mail with the provider to set a time for him to look at my carport roof and give me an estimate on fixing it. He texted me back on the same day (it was a Sunday) and we set a time for him to look at my carport roof. He was on time to look at my roof. He told me what was needed. He was honest and said that he could not do the job but told me what he thought it would cost to get it done. He was professional.

Description of Work: Ricardo Sanchez of Goodrich Roofing is an honest guy, a rare find. Roofing contractors are notorious for trying to scare you and push you into expensive work that you don’t need. Ricardo came out and looked at my tar and gravel roof and said it was in fine shape. He pointed out the few things it needed, and said I could take care of myself with a bucket of roofing tar. He even told me what to get and how to put it on. And gave me a tip. He said to buy a pair of heavy rubber gloves (that would get thrown out after the job) and use my hand to smear the stuff on and push it into the cracks.
