They come every three month and they have been doing so for a year and a half to two years. Only one person comes out and it takes about 15 minutes. He has my automatic gate number so he comes and does it and then I email them a copy of the statement and they automatically charge it to my credit card. I have had no issues with indoor insects since I have been using them.

The person who responded to our call was very knowledgeable and professional. He immediately identified the problem and was able to offer an effective solution.

Ron Frosch is the Technician who came to my house in the backwoods to bait and set traps. Then for next 4 days he returned to check traps and re-bait. Ron is a great guy who is fun to speak with because he knows everything about animals and their habits and has great love and respect for animals. Ron traps the animals you are having problems with, then takes them 5 - 20 miles away to be released into a wilderness area where they will have lots of food, stay and be happy. There is a fee who transporting the trapped animal, and safely releasing it. It works. Darla, Nancy and Brenda back at their office in Santa Fe coordinate everything, and keep in touch with you - for me, using email. It goes smoothly and they take care of any problems. Ask Ron to tell you the story about the mountain lion and the squirrel. As you can imagine Ron's life is rich in anecdotes!

Excellent experience. Nathan and Lonnie were both punctual, amicable and knowledgable of the tasks at hand. Nathan came the first time to complete the assessment of the problem, he explained all his findings and possible solutions. He set traps and also gave us important facts which helps get better acquaintance with the area we are living now. Lonnie came at a later time to seal all possible entries of mice. So far the traps are clear and we haven't seen any more sign of mice in the house.

The exterminator was late due to car trouble. When he finally arrived, he sprayed and advised to seal the cracks in order to prevent hornets from returning to nest. Near constant rain prevented us from effectively sealing the treated areas. Once the clouds cleared, the hornets returned. Critter Control dispatched another exterminator at no added cost.

The two employees we dealt with were far above and beyond the average servicemen in Santa Fe. Cordial, knowledgeable, willing to answer questions thoroughly, trustworthy, kind to our dogs, lovely demeanor--excellent all around. Eli, the "fixer," seemed like he knew exactly what he was doing, and wasted no time getting to work. My husband, who has contracting skills, watched him do several of the procedures and declared him to have an excellent command of his tools and superb work ethic. These are the important things to us: ethics, professionalism, knowledge of their business, pleasant personality, thoroughness, integrity, and willingness to explain what they're doing and why. For instance, did you know that a mouse can squeeze through an opening the size of a #2 pencil, and a rat can squeeze through an opening the size of a quarter? Their little skeletons collapse or something...yuk! Rack your firewood so it sits 10-12" above the ground (mice like to hide in woodpiles.). Bird feeders should not be close to the house--farther away the better. Those were specifics to our situation; your house may be completely different. It's too early to tell if their treatment was successful, but we'll know this winter. However, the procedures accomplished were: 1. Secured a door to the crawlspace under the house, including installing a new frame and concrete footer, and filling all gaps around the door with concrete. 2. Install mouse-proof vent covers to the exterior for openings used by washer/dryer, kitchen exhaust fan, and chimney. 3. Close gaps under eaves and along roof gutters where mice can get in. 4. Install guard strip along bottom of front screen door. There may have been more little things that he did as he went, but those were on the itemized list. Took about 3-4 hours.

The servicperson was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He totally eradicated the cockroaches I had. They are still gone. I would highly recommend them.

The guy who comes up to our house will do whatever I ask him to do; he is very nice, I don’t get any arguments. The price is fine.

They are wonderful and I would highly recommend them. They did a follow up two or three days later graciously and without an additional charge. They also warranty their work.

They show up and do their thing then send us a report when they are done, whether I'm home or not. They coordinate with the neighbors if they need to get into the house. They are really professional and efficient.

Great. Very professional and complete estimate process. Made an appointment for work to be done, and it was done quickly and professionally. We had one issue after the service was done, and they fixed it under warranty, even though the point of issue was not included in the original work scope.
