The crew of 3 showed up a bit before the appointed time. When asked what I was particular about, I indicated my top 3 things: 1. dust was an issue, especially on the baseboards and picture frames 2. I have a lot of glass and mirror in my home and I wanted everything sparkly 3. my refrigerator definitely needed the cleaning I felt comfortable enough that I left the team in my home to go to another appointment (they are bonded, btw). Upon my return, everything was shining, clean and dust free - and I conducted my own version of a 'white glove test'. I was very pleased with the state of my home, so much so that I will see about having them come every quarter for maintenance.

They stayed longer than promised and did so much good work. I cannot recommend them enough! Will definitely use them again.

It initially seemed great,everything looked nice and the women were pleasant. I had to lock myself up in a bedroom though to stay out of their way. The first cleaning was a thorough house cleaning which ment the inside of the oven and refrigerator. I had just cleaned my oven so I just asked them to go over areas I could not get to with a damp cloth. It wasn't done and they did not offer to clean something else because my oven was clean. The refrigerator looked great until I spilled something in it and I had to take it apart to clean it. I found that everywhere I could not easily see, the refrigerator was still very dirty with old dryed on dirt. Of course I cleaned it when I saw that. When I told Kristie she was very great about it and said they would reclean it but I told her I had already done it. The second time they cleaned I found that they did not move area rugs to clean under them and when they made our bed it was messy, the fitted sheet was upside down things were not tucked in neatly and the bed skirt was a mess. I asked them to fix what I found they did but I had to remake the bed anyway. The third time I just started checking everything,the kitchen and hall floor was dirty, there were water spots all over one bathroom that needed to be dryed after cleaned to avoid spots. I just didn't want to police them. It didn't seem to help when I told Kritstie about this stuff. They had spent a lot of time at my house the first 2 times, up to three hours,the third time, the only time they were on time,the spent 1 and a half hours only, I had left the house this time and they were afraid of my nineteen pound dog so I had to lock my two dogs up. I just do not want to feel I have to check everything they do, and using vinegar to clean everything is not green cleaning. Especially when it is so diluted it dosn't clean. Sorry,they didn't work for me.

Could not have been better. Really!! All I need to do to finish spring cleaning is drawers, pantry and closets. Were very pleasant, spoke with the dog and to his delight stopped to throw his toy when he offered it. I have a lot of collections from traveling; everything dusted carefully.

They do a very good cleaning job using green products. They have been very responsive to my requests and always keep me appraised of any changes.

I actually spent less because I used a Groupon, but this is the usual cost for what they did for me. I have been trying some local maid services and this one by far is the best one I've tried. I'm not an untidy person but I work full time and have been in grad school, so the house needed some extra attention. They were about 40 minutes late, and apologized profusely, but made up for it by cleaning really, really well. They cleaned in areas I normally don't clean, because I don't see them every day. They use only environmentally safe products, which I like. They were friendly and worked hard and consistently. I would absolutely use them again and plan to.

Although we have used Ecomaids various times in the past, the "deep clean" left a number of important details either overlooked or forgotten. The good piece is that the people are very willing to try to make good, and the owner of the business takes a personal interest in the satisfaction of her clientele. We continue to give them a try, as it is difficult to find good, professional cleaning services in the Santa Fe area without resorting to using individually advertised services (where you really don't know what you get.)
