I consider them expensive, but appreciated that they bring their own planet friendly supplies and that they are insured and bonded. They regularly did a reasonable cleaning job, but they do not do what I what call a deep cleaning, wall to wall. Occasionally small things broken, usually, not always acknowledged, as an Angies list reviewer noted, left "turned over". And then, last cleaning, a valuable disappeared. I did not notice it right away, as I do not to an inventory every day. It was in the master bedroom closet, and though I cannot prove they took it, no one else has access to that area of my home. When I called Christy, she told me that had never happened before. Not true based on at least one of the reviews I saw. Also, she was almost too ready with a response when she told me to file a police report, which I did. Needless to say, I would not recommend them.

Fair. Chipped vase was hidden so I would not see it. One item missing.

they did a fantastic job. my only negative was there three ladies to clean an 1100 square foot apartment and it took 3 hours.

We purchased the $200.00 whole house cleaning and it was money well spent. They promptly scheduled a date, arrived on time, and did a thorough job. Thanks!

Good. 3 women, 1 of which was in charge. They were efficient and genuinely cared about doing a great job.

3 girls for 2 hours. They were running a special on Angies List and then we liked them so we kept them. I am very happy with them. They do excellent work, always on time and very professional. I do not have any complaints.

Terrible. This company charges too much. The service they provided was extremely poor. To clean my widows and shower door, they used a pumice stone and scratched them. The cleaning was supposed to be a clean up to move in. For the poor job that was done, I paid over $500. Beware!

Two ladies showed up on time to provided the service. They were nice and professional. They were to clean 2 very small bathrooms, the kitchen, and vacuum the hallway. We removed everything out of the bathrooms and off the kitchen counters to ease their workload. They did an excellent job considering the age of the house. We would certainly use them again when the need arises.

Mostly fine but I did notice some areas that I had to clean better.

They were prompt, organized, efficient, easy to work with, considerate and did a great job. I've already contacted them to see if they will come back.

Staff was very friendly and worked really hard . House looked great. Window cleaning was a bit spotty, but overall really great job. Crew was Spanish speaking so if that may be a barrier just plan ahead.

3 young ladies brought all supplies - and did a thorough job dusting walls, shelving, did carpets. tile and laminate floors - My bathrooms actually had a shine - was really impressed with the old sink that had some permanent ugly deep scratches- now it doesn't and I'd like to know what they used on it. The ladies were cheerful- got right to work and I would use this service again.definitely.

Average at best. We've been in the hotel business in the past and we have several corporate condos as well, so we may have higher standards but the crew cut corners and didn't do a deep cleaning up high and down low to our satisfaction. It seems more standard surface level cleaning at geared toward eye-level.

I want to mention that the ad here on Angies list quotes Refrigerator and Oven it should say OR oven. First the team explained to me what they do when they clean. They clean all surface areas moving a few items to clean/ dust, but do not clean inside cabinets, or closets, nor do they clear areas that have a lot of things on them. For example: I have a old "country" hutch in my dining area that I had stacked up with bulbs and garden care that I will be doing in a week or so, That is the kind of thing they leave alone. They got all my cob webs up in the corners of the Great room, with a 15' ceiling, they used an extension tool, they do not climb higher than 3 steps on a step ladder. I have a ledge above all my kitchen cabinets with various kitchen knickknacks...they asked me if I wanted them to take down those and clean them, I appreciated the question, as I did not want them to spend time doing that, I will throw those in the dishwasher. I needed them to focus on everything below including cabinet faces, sinks, corners walls behind the stove and of course floors. I provided Murphy's Oil Soap to use on the 2 leather couches, oversized chair and ottoman, as requested when I made my appointment call. They asked for instructions on how I wanted them to clean the cushions, and they did an outstanding job! I was very pleased at the deep cleaning the team provided and with the follow-up check of all the areas we did when they finished, I noticed they missed the intake vents for the A/C - Heat. They cheerfully worked to clean the vents right away. I have had several cleaning services over the last 3 years, and I found this one to be the best yet. I will use them again.

The first cleaning went fine although more expensive than advertised on Angies' List. However, the cleaning was more extensive, was for three hours rather than 2 hours, and included 3 housecleaners rather than two. The second cleaning was of poor quality. After speaking with the owner, Kristy, the quality of the cleaning improved thereafter and has remained consistently thorough and well done . The ladies who clean our house are very pleasant, reliable, and punctual..

The house was very clean, much better than I could have done or would have had the patience for. It was a great relief in my preparation for having family stay with us.

These were the best house cleaners I have ever had! The two women worked hard for 6.5 hours and did a wonderful job on a very dirty house! I would recommend them enthusiastically to anyone! They cleaned an oven to shining perfection without using harsh chemicals. I would have said that a lot of what they accomplished was impossible even with the strongest chemicals and they managed it using green cleaning agents. Fantastic!!!!

iI needed service within the week as guests were coming, and they were able to accommodate me! The crew arrived on time, I gave them a brief tour noting which areas to exclude regarding carpet and 1 bedroom, and they began immediately. They did a super job that would have killed my back. Many thanks and kudos to this company and this crew!

It went terrible! First and foremost, the deal states that it is valid for homes up to 1,500 square feet; service provider will take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items; larger homes can be cleaned for an additional fee, our home that we rent is no larger than 1300 sq. ft. The crew promised to show up on 8/3/15 at 12:30 PM, but they did not show up until 3:30 PM. As soon as the crew showed up they immediately started stating that they were going to have to increase the price, from the big deal price of $165 to just over $200 (just under $250), which my husband initially approved. To preface all of this my brother, who lives right next door, had already come in and cleaned most of the home. So, when the company showed up, he was there to show them everything that he had done, and showed them one area that he had not done. At that point they took a picture of that area, sent it to their company, and stated in the picture that the whole house looked like that, which was completely untrue. They started to clean at this point, but they stated that because it was "this dirty" that they were going to have to increase the price. (Initially, before they even came out, they required to have a credit card on file) Come to find out, after they left, they charged just over $500 for that job!!! The only reason we found out about this is because my husband had to call American Express to find out. American Express is investigating this currently. Please, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
