Description of Work: After repeated contact with 3 other service providers without response (one did give us an estimate but never followed up with the cost) we called Fulkerson Services and from the start, customer service was a priority. They responded to our request for an estimate on replacing our heating/cooling system, even calling the day of to say they were running about 5 minutes late. They did a complete inspection, even showing me pictures of the problems, and gave us a detailed estimate on-the-spot (there were no hidden costs either). In honesty, they were higher than the one estimate we did receive, but their customer service sold us. With every step (promptness on every visit, courteous technicians, making sure our concerns were addressed, quality work with attention to details, follow-up and even an unexpected thank-you gift) they exceeded our expectations. Customer service is everything - no regrets in choosing Fulkerson for our HVAC needs! Oh, and after 5+ years of space heaters and window coolers we are LOVING our new system!

Description of Work: 5 years ago they installed a new heating and cooling system and it has been a nightmare. Very poor quality of workmanship which caused many problems with the system. It took them 2 years to find the leak in the system. New system still does not heat or cool the whole house one end is hot and one is cold. We have tryed to contact the supervisors and owners about the poor workmanship of their employees with no resolution. They will not even reply.
