Description of Work: Used Terry twice for separate jobs. Both times we were very pleased with his work. He is also very pleasant, a definite plus.

Description of Work: Hung doors straight, changed door knobs, and various home repairs. He is the best at what he does, is easy to work with.

Description of Work: They painted, finished and laid baseboards throughout the house. I was very impressed all the way around and will use them in the future and refer them to friends.

Description of Work: Installed new interior doors and baseboards in newly remodeled bedroom. Contractor was very professional and did impeccable work. We will definitely use him in the future.

Description of Work: He put in a new metal garage side door and leveled the frame so it would close properly. Did some outside painting for me and pruned some bushes. He was great.

Description of Work: Installed multiple doors. Will absolutely call again. My husband is a perfectionist and it is hard to find anyone to suit him. He was very complimentary of Terry and did not fond any fault.

Description of Work: I definitely will utilize Terry Ostrom carpentry when needed. He did an excellent job in some miscellaneous work such as installing curtain rods and curtains. I plan to ask him to put in a couple of screen doors before long. He charged a reasonable amount.

Description of Work: We had a variety of interior doors with issues: not closing properly due to improper framing and/or hanging, a closet sliding door that pulled away from the floor tiles. Also had exterior doors with damaged corner dust pads (aka mull pads), damaged floor sweeps & damaged weatherstripping. | |Terry repaired everything in less than two-hours, and cleaned up after. He was on time, professional and sought to ensure all that was done met my standards. | |Because our residence is custom made all of our doors are not exactly "cookie cutter" standard. Several other contractors I contacted either wanted $700-$1000 to fix these issues or never got back to me with a price point. Some of these things I could easily have done myself but Terry was willing and his price was very fair that I chose him over the others. I'm very pleased I did.
