Terry arrived on time, took measurements, recommended Pat's doors for front door fabrication. He emailed an estimate for the work to be done within a few days. Terry scheduled install for a warmer day since the front door would be off. Install was quick and uneventful. Terry is a polite and efficient worker.

Terry came by to do an estimate and I never heard from him again. I guess my job wasn't worth his time. I would have appreciated knowing that up front so I could find someone else.

Far exceeded my expectations. He and his assistant did a remarkable job, in a timely manner. Staining of the wood doors was perfect. Also did touch up on my window ledge in the living room; looks brand new. Will definitely recommend him to friends and I have other projects in the future.

Terry and Bob did an AMAZING job of rebuilding our wood fence. The fence is about 21 years old. Due to some neighbor kids repeatedly climbing on it and damaging it, and also due to it being built so many years ago, the fence started to sag more and more, and a large section of it (about 46 feet) finally collapsed during a strong windstorm. Terry was very prompt in coming over to look at the fence and giving us an estimate. He was very honest about what options we had regarding the type of wood posts used, how much each option would cost, and what would be the total cost of labor. Fortunately, almost all of the wood slats from the collapsed section of fencing were still in good shape and were able to be used to rebuild the fence. Terry and Bob were able to start rebuilding the fence within 5 days of giving the estimate. They are hard workers! They got the bulk of the job done the first day, and completed it within a few hours the next day. I have to tell you, the fence section that they rebuilt, which covers most of the back of our yard, looks BETTER than it did when it was first built! The slats fit together very tightly, and are completely flush on the top and bottom. Terry and Bob used wood screws instead of the original nails, so as to better protect from our frequent NM winds. After they were finished, they thoroughly cleaned everything up and left the area looking spotless. They did a fantastic job, and at a very affordable rate. Terry made time in a busy work schedule to help me with this door issue. Terry and Bob arrived on time and finished this job in less than an hour. They were very professional and efficient, while being very personable and accommodating. Fortunately, I don’t need much carpentry help, but be assured that I’ll always call Terry first!

Mr Ostrom solved more problems than we had even imagined. The cabinets had been installed too low and mounted on the walls as though they were shelving with fronts installed. When they were taken down the "short-cuts" that were used during initial installation were revealed and then some. Mr Ostrom installed backs on all of the cabinets and repaired a huge hole in the drywall left long ago by the original carpenters . Now the cabinets are where they should be. Gosh, I can even put my coffee maker on the counter top underneath! Mr Ostrom returned my call promptly and offered an estimate within a day or two. Great job, thanks so much.

I did not get exorbitant prices, bait and switch, unrealistic claims, or shoddy work. I did get careful, quality work at a fair price. You know as well as I do that this is rare these days. If you need a carpenter, Terry, and his coworker Bob, are what you are looking for. I am very impressed with the work they did for me.
