The privacy fence turned our very well and he integrated it into a wire fenced area that already existed. After his work, the gate to the other area actually worked better as he properly supported it. We did not get to see the rail fence repair as we sold the home before he had done the work.

Terry is a talented guy and a problem solver. Really nice, quick, clean and kind.

Terry gave me an estimate obtained the necessary doors, framing, and trim. He did a great job installing the new doors and I am very happy with his work. The finished product was well worth the cost. Terry does quality work.

Both projects were completed to the point where they were ready for painting. Everything was done completely to our satisfaction. In addition, they were very careful to put down plastic to keep the dust from being tracked through the house. When they were done, they also went over everything with a vacuum.

Terry arrived on time, was personable and professional and did a great job.

What a great job from start to finish. Terry came out for the estimate on time, gave us a detailed estimate and explained the work to be done and various options for us to decide. His price was very fair and competitive. Once we gave him the work, he gave us a date for the work and we were in business On the build date, he called me with updates and final choices from the lumber yard and showed up with the material as planned and again, on time. The team did a great job and left the job site clean at the end of each day. At completion, they were even trying to clean the saw dust out of the gravel! A great job that exceeded our expectations

As always, Mr. Ostram was punctual and professional when installing the new doors. He ordered the doors while on his first visit for the estimate, and picked up the doors and performed the installation on his second visit. He also rehung a pocket door while he was here.

Terry and his assistant completed the baseboards on our home and did an incredible job. They showed up at 9:30, hour lunch, and left before 5. We had 240 linear feet that needed to be put down. Terry had to scrub out grout, measure and install baseboards and rounds then nail and putty all holes. The pair was awesome! We are going to use Terry again for our downstairs baseboards.

Terry returns calls and e-mail promptly. He bids upfront on his projects and I had/have a long list. He's polite, honest and gives good advice. The paint job was neat and the deck job beautiful. I say he's pricey because there others, less reliable, or less available who have charged less. You get what you pay for. I will be using his services again in the near future. The price listed includes some of the materials.

Terry was outstanding. I couldn't be happier with his service, expedience and professionalism. He saved me some money by suggesting a repair versus replacement of a door frame that had been weather beaten. We supplied the paint and he supplied the expertise. Terry responded to my call within twenty-four hours. While he couldn't come right away, he kept me informed when he could and he did. His estimate was right on, and I was impressed at how carefully he worked. For instance, he taped two edges around our bathroom vanity mirror's back splash before he caulked it. Most would just caulk and wipe and hope for the best. The result was a perfectly straight caulk line - which was so important for glassed-tiled backsplash. It looked perfect! He cleaned up after each task, was quietly polite, and helpful with suggestions or advice about other items when we asked. We're planning on hiring him for our laundry room remodel later. He's worth planning ahead for.
